We also had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in terms of design but needed some help with the details.

exceeded our expectations in almost every respect. He and his crew (when he had additional help) were on time to the minute. The construction area was cleaned-up throughly at the end of every day. He communicated a rough schedule up-front and then updated us daily as to his progress and/or any schedule changes of which there were few. He listened to our ideas and, if he felt there was a better way to do something, explained why. The quality of his and his sub-contractors work was outstanding. He did all of the tile work--floor and wall--himself, including a detailed custom border, and it looks great. While our bathroom is not very large any project like this which included sealing off a hallway and taking space from an adjacent room can pose some design and construction problems all of which were handled perfectly. His bid was consistent with other bids from quality contractors for his labor costs. We had the option of using less expensive (or more) fixtures to control costs a process which worked well for us. Overall, we couldn't be happier about how our bathroom turned out and our experience during the construction process was very positive.

matched the price and gave us 10% discount. -if you need tile for your kitchen or bath these guys are great. the sales reps get paid a salary i guess, so they were not very pushy. -if you need wood floors these guys know nothing about wood or carpet. tile they had us covered."

"A two-week job turned out to extend over nine weeks because the plumbing supply house didn't have the sink in stock and the manufacturer was behind in production. completed everything possible and we waited. Once the sink arrived, there was further delay because hadn't sent a template to the countertop ...more fabricator and they had to use the sink itself as their template. The tile was not in stock from another supplier and had to be ordered from the factory in England, which had a fire that delayed production. The delays dovetailed so that both sink and tile arrived the same week. During that week

completed the job with the greatest efficiency even though they had other on-going commitments. Quality was excellent and
