"The work done by Glass Doctors was terrible. Glass Doctors managed to break the wooden sashes of the windows they worked on and then re-installed the sashes improperly. They scratched the new faucets when installing one of the plate glass mirrors and, when the mirror chipped as a result of hitting the faucet, they installed the chipped mirror anyway. ...more Basically, everything that Glass Doctors touched in our home, they made worse. The reason the cost of the job was only $500 is because that represents the initial 50% deposit. I refused to allow Glass Doctors to finish the job on the remaining two windows because they had so badly damaged the first two they worked on. I therefore did not pay for the remaining two windows since they were not repaired."
