"I'm not very happy with how the floor looks or feels. The finish is spotty and doesn't feel good underfoot. I did not expect it to match the existing finish and it doesn't. "We found a floor we really liked, and the in store estimate seemed reasonable. When the rep came to take a detailed measurement, we were surprised to find that the estimate went up by 50%. This was due to the fact that under the was not taken into account. Since this is a floating floor it had to be one piece, so the 3 X 3 ...more ended up adding 50 square feet of flooring. Canceled the sale, and received a full refund (including the amount for the detailed measurement). The staff was friendly and tried to

He was a bit late coming to our initial price quote meeting and on the actual day things started, but he called ahead to let us know he was running behind both times. The work and price cannot be matched. I highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again."
