's estimate was the lowest of the 3 bids we got for our bathroom remodeling project. is a smaller company who subcontract out the plumbing and electrical work, but work closely with the subs to ensure quality work is done on time. and were responsive to our questions and even helped us pick out some great accent tiles for the shower area. The work started on time and progressed as planned throughout the project. They were very professional in all aspects of the project. We are very happy with the work that was done and felt they were a good value."

" was very accommodating and things went extremely smooth. I went to Menards and picked out the countertops I wanted. verified all of my measurements and handled everything else. He removed and disposed of my old countertops and installed the new ones in just one day. The only minor problem I had was that I had hoped he could also replace the old faucet on my sink with a different used one that I pulled from another sink that wasn't being used. Unfortunately, it was damaged while being installed. Otherwise everything went well."

" Ficocello was excellent to work with. I emailed him a rough sketch of our kitchen countertops, including dimensions and he emailed me back an estimate, along with options for edges and an under-counter sink. Then came to our home, showed us samples, showed us the sink which was free as part of the deal and took his own measurements. I had under-measured, in a few areas and he kept his original estimate in place. On the day of the installation, and his dad showed up on time for the installation. They rolled tarps into our home to walk on, did their job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up throroughly and left us with a magnificant new countertops. They were friendly, easy to work with, very experienced and did high quality work."

" is clearly an expert in the field of countertop installation. He noted items about our kitchen that would make installation challenging. He shared expertise on why a double bullnose on our corian was causing dripping on our cabinet doors. He came with us to one of the granite wholesalers and offered outstanding advice about selection. On occasion, he was not as prompt as I would like. These times were all related to ensuring that his current installation was going well. That is, he was late calling or dropping by when finishing up with someone else. We saw a similar dedication to us during our installation. The pricing process was frustrating. I don't believe that this process was 's fault, it is the fault of the industry. Our original quote (from two bidders) were both for "mid-range" granite. However, when we were at the wholesaler, none of the desirable granite was in the "mid-range". It seemed to me that a very low percentage of granite available was mid-range. When we selected the granite, we ended up paying about $3000 more than planned. Again, I don't think this was 's fault, but I would ask for quotes differently the next time. I would ask for the charge to be broken out between slab price from the dealer and the remaining charges. That way I could compare better. The ultimate installation was PERFECT! The stone cutter was a craftsman. Even though we selected two slabs with significant movement, you can hardly see the seams. even colored the seams to blend in even further. The quality of the cutting and installation was outstanding.

"We decided on a more inexpensive countertop to replace the old '60's gold-flecked counters. We received three estimates (two for solid counters and one for laminate) and went with the laminate as this was just a small kitchen updating. provided an estimate promptly, had no problem with the shape of the old counter or that it was kind of jury rigged into the space initially (which had been concerns with other companies). They ripped out the old counter and disposed of it and had the new put in within the time frame we had discussed and the overall price was low (lowest of the bids including Menards). Only small complaint was the dust left by the installer which took a little time to clean up after. Good value, reliable service and very pleasant people."

"I have had this company do work for me in the past and have been happy with the results. came out to measure and ask some questions about our needs. We then dropped by their showroom a couple of times to look at some alternatives.
Because we had to address a few "surprise" code issues during the remodel, our budget did not permit going with . To his credit, did "sharpen his pencil" and offered a few alternatives which helped lower the total cost, but still not within budgt.
A surprise that does not fit in the box below: while a custom countertop install would have permitted us to do more interesting things (and may have provided a somewhat tougher countertop), the work was for a galley kitchen with short, straight countertops. We bought countertops from a big-box store and materials and labor together came up to less than one-third of CC's price. We were lucky they had a pattern very similar to CC's and we didn't have a run longer than six feet, but, in our case, I have to question whether the price differential was worth it. Sometimes you don't need a BMW; a Hyundai will do fine."

"They gave an original estimate of 35,000 but the total with changes came to 48,000. They arrived on time, worked every day, removed the old cabinets, hauled away all refuse, scheduled work of cabinet maker, Camria countertop, flooring, plumbing, electrical and painting efficiently. They cleaned up every day after their work. I liked their attention to detail and doing steps accurately and correctly. Their foreman and workers were skilled. We love the finished job. I would recommend care in making changes (change orders) to be sure you understand what and how much those are. The higher price for entire job of about 60,000 (with amounts for other materials, etc.) caught us by surprise. Their young remodeling consultant wasn't much help. Their list of recommended material vendors was helpful."

" was very helpful with the planning process. He and his crew were fastidious, professional, and thorough. A time line was proposed and everything was performed in a timely manner. The remodeled kitchen is aesthetically pleasing and was within our budget."

"Overall the experience was ok. We worked with on the design and picking out the right cabinets and countertops. He was great, easy to work with, patient, lots of great ideas and suggestions. He really made the extra effort. The first issue we had was with the detailed measurements-the person who came in was in the house for five minutes to say that everything we had would work. I found about four things he overlooked and required changing after the order was placed. The cabinets are then shipped directly to the customer, so they went in our garage. We notified Lowe's that they were there and it took a week to get the inspection scheduled. When we tried to set the install date, we could not get a call back-when we finally did three weeks later, they said they did not know we had the cabinets(which they already inspected). After the installation date was set, the rest went smoothly-the installation of both the cabinets and countertops. Although there was the scheduling issues, we are still satisfied overall, and working with them, was much better than our experiences with their competition."
