" was professional, prompt and guided me through the entire process. We met well before the party date and agreed on a menu and a budget." He also managed the rental of plates, flatware and wine glasses for the event. He was prompt and courteous and professional on the day of the party and required very little guidance/assistance in setting up the serving areas. The food was elegant, delicious and made the entire event feel special. The setup was was pleasing to the eye and fit right in with my decor. Everyone commented on the how delicious everything was. At the end of the event everything was whisked away as brings all his own equipment and serving ware (aside from using my oven and top for heating). When he left, it looked as though he hadn't even been there. The next day the catering rental people picked up the rental items. I didn't have to wash a THING! There were absolutely no surprises with . I will definitely use him more often as it really does make these occasions worry-free.

I got there at 6 pm and scoped out the makings of brushetta so I volunteered to do that....When finished, I walked around offering the appetizer whilst others continued on to the entrée ... EVERYONE (10 IN ALL) LOVED THE BRUSHETTA....

I danced, drank and overall stuffed myself. Loved it...

Next time I won't commit ...More to the class the day before I weigh in at Weight Watchers :( .....

They do have week-long classes. She just had a blast. She wanted to go again so I signed her up for another half day so that's how well that went. My grandson was here the next week and I signed him up and we got over the the museum and tour him and didn't make it back in time and they called me and said that when he's back in town or ...More she's back in town, I could have a class, it would just cost you $5 for the food because I had already paid for the class. They are holding over something that I missed which is fantastic. Service-wise and for the fun that my grand daughter had, they would definitely get an A. They were great with the kids. I plan to use them next summer.

I brought along my niece, her sister, and her daughter. We split up in groups and each had a food to prepare. made sure we had the recipe, and all the ingredients for the dish. The main dish was Pasteles, a Rican tamale, and it was to die for. She had also made Roast Pork. !
...More />She was involved with everyone and made sure we didn't cross contaminate anything. As a matter of fact she made sure we all washed our hands before cooking. It was fun, relaxing and you got to mingle with everyone. If my dish was cooking I would watch someone else prepare their dish. And drink you can drink your wine!
The experience was exhilarating and I was in heaven. So much food! Everyone's dish turned out exactly like her recipe called for. I was nervous about cooking, but her classes give me confidence. I also have her cooking book. A lot of flashbacks to my mothers cooking.
I will definitely come back for another class.

We bought a Big Deal for a Cooking Class for 2 from you for . We were not able to use it during the normal period because they weren't offering classes during the end of the time that it was eligible. Now it appears that the company is out of business, so I don't think that I can even go to them for "cash value".

The owner-chef of , , was professional from start to finish. I submitted a request via her website, and she contacted me within an hour asking for specifics. She was in almost-daily contact with me suggesting menus, and making adjustments based on our preferences. She always responded promptly to any e-mails ...More I sent to her. Once we decided on a menu, she provided a very reasonable price for the service she was providing. She arrived at the house on time and began preparation work, about two hours prior to the arrival of our guests. She worked with me on plating and presentation. We started with baked empanadas on our back patio, then when we were ready moved to the dining room for soup. She and her assistant cleared plates, then served the next course. Their timing was spot-on and they served and cleared without interrupting the flow of the dinner. They cleaned the kitchen of everything so that we never knew they had been there. This was our first time hiring a personal chef to cater a party, and I don't think we'll ever do it on our own again. Their prices, the quality of food, and their professionalism impressed us, and our guests.

don't GO HUNGRY!!! BEWARE of EXPIRATION DATE !!! My husbands staff gifted us a lovely gift certificate for a lavish Dinner Party for 8 where would come to our home and cook a full gourmet dinner using her culinary talents. Time passed...LOTS of time past but the gift certificate had no expiration date on it. Two years ...More and 8 months later... nicely told me it was only good for a year and would not honor it ... that her policy was to offer to reinstate it for a fee within the second year...but that was 8 months ago. When I suggested it had no expiration date on it she quickly explained she was very familiar with Virginia Sate law not requiring an expiration date to be printed on it..only contact information where one can call to inquire what the actual expiration date is. hummmm conveniently familiar with state requirements. OK....completely our fault for saving it....but according to her website the dinner was probably MUCH more than $800.00 and selling something so expensive I believe we should have been made aware of the 12 month expiration. is moving to Texas.....so you'all be careful so you get your basket of chips!

Always do a nice job for our business events. Delivers for $10. Includes paper table cloth. Plastic Serving utensils included but the tongs break really easily in the last year or two since they switched styles. Also good for floral and great salad bar in store. I also used a different Hyvee for my wedding cake. Got 3 plain white cakes, they address ...More my ribbon around and I put flowers on top and put on different height tiers. Great deal, pretty, easy to move, and yummy.

Resonable deposit made... Daughter told her the type of flowers, how many arrangements needed. Gave her an estimated cost, which was very accurate. Gathered photos of her ideas, meet with , who was fantastic! They had the flowers right on hand! was a great listener and her experience was very helpful!! ...More Also gave many budget friendly ideas. They srived on the big day, very professional and organized. Recieved an overwhelming amount of complements!,
