Sample Cooking Classes Reviews

"After purchasing a Groupon as a birthday gift for two people to take a cooking class ($75), I was suprised to find that it was impossible to get them to give me time to use it. After six months of trying to use the Groupon and being told to just check with them again next month to see if I could use it, I finally requested my money back and Groupon would then only give me credit for their website instead of my cash refund. Cooking Greak acted extremely unprofessionally. I can't speak for the classes themselves, but it appears if you have already paid up front they aren't concerned with getting you into the class.
"The overall experience was amazing. Our Chef (
Saint Paul Cooking Classes Provider Name Locked
) we will be using again as it was such punctual, fun, laidback, and provided an exciting experience overall. We had the option of just sitting back and have her cater to us, or we could cook alongside her and learn some new techniques we were not the best at. To get to the food, for what you would pay (or less) then a nice dinner out we had some of the best food, It was all amazing!! The best part is it was all in the comfort of your own home!
This was overall a great experience, and this is already on our calendar again whether it be for date nights for us and/or a dinner party with friends!
"It is not a series of classes but one-shot deal. The day classes are cheaper than at night. The price includes a 4 course meal. We make the meal and eat it too. They give us wine when we eat. We make an appetizer, entrees, side dish, and desert and then sit down and eat. They have various types of classes. They have Somasino, Italian, French, New Orleans Creole, they have done some with islands, Mexican, and

; all kinds of ethnic foods. It is very interesting. I look at the menu and sign up for the class. It is nice to be able to experiment a little bit. They give us tips on cooking. They have a chef to guide us through all the instructions. It is worth it.
"The cooking camps of
Saint Paul Cooking Classes Provider Name Locked
are great. The place is impeccable and they have high-end equipment. Honestly, I think some instructors are not knowledgeable enough; I think sometimes they hire instructors that are young and inexperienced. But overall, the kids have a great time and they love it. It's a fun and full experience....more />

"He taught us a lot of different ways for appetizers. He provided the recipes for all the specialities that we learned about. He provided tips on knife useage as well to make sure we were using the correct blade and making the right cuts. He was very engaging and encouraged participation. The fundraiser has continued to offer this package as a result of our experience."
"I took a class as a group. We did a birthday party cooking class. It was a ton of fun. They provided the food, and instruction. They made it fun to learn how to cook. They taught us all sorts of things, that we would not normally know."
"She is just as faithful as they come and never dissapoints. We are moving out of the area and will be missing having her . She is a superb cook. She is available full-time for 3-4 days a week and has her own transportation. She is wonderful with children. She is 100% dependable and has never not shown up. She speaks excellent english and is bi-lingual in Romanian and Italian. She is extremely pleasant and has a happy personality. She makes her pasta from scratch, which is to-die for. She loves to cook and we eat extremely well wih her."
"Wow, what a refreshing experience!

Recently, I've come to notice that our family's desire to grill in our otherwise pleasant backyard, has slowly started to dwindle. Our built-in Lynx

was pricey and I thought it was time to start getting some enjoyment out of it again!
Granted, I didn't much want to cook on it either, it was filthy; full of rust, soot, and.... come to find out, snails and rat feces. My initial thought was to clean the grill myself, needless to say, it didn't go very well.
Finally, I turned to the internet and LUCKILY found a local, family-owned, company called
Saint Paul Cooking Classes Provider Name Locked
, located in

Niguel, CA. I gave them a call immediately to get a free estimate. The price seemed a little high at first, but I did agree that it was much cheaper than buying a whole new grill, so I gave it a shot.
We are all glad I called these grill gurus. The cleaning took about three hours and I had no idea how thorough it was going to be. They took the entire grill apart, grinded the grates (revealing the chrome that had been hiding for so long), removed the debris (snails and rat feces included), completely cleaned and sanitated it, then buffed it to

our long lost beautiful chrome barbecue.
This service is very worth the price, in fact I think it's pretty cheap.

even replaced one of our broken lights, for free. Plus, they cleaned up their entire mess when they were, you never would have known they were there. AND! They voluntarily cleaned the mini fridge next to the grill; I love a company that is proactive and puts the customers satisfaction before their profit.
My husband and kids were SHOCKED when they saw how clean it was. It truly did look brand new.. and for some reason, the food tastes better now, cleaner and fresher. So, thank you to the
Saint Paul Cooking Classes Provider Name Locked
team, for reminding me that there are still some genuine, honest, passionate, and hard-working, small businesses!
This small company really strives to connect with the community on a personal level, and keep their customers educated and satisfied. I HIGHLY recomend calling this duo for all your

questions and needs. Apparently they do repairs and upgrades, too.
Good find, and a great service at a fair price! Rare these days
"I signed a contract with them to sell these items for us, which turns out the contract was only to protect them. I followed up with the company approximately 20 days after they had my items to inquire if they had sold anything yet. They had then asked me if they could sell the wine rack at 50% off. I told them I was only willing to go 10% off because I already listed the items at a low cost. After some time I found out that they ended up selling the item at 50% off without my approval. I ended up stoping by the store and saw that the couch I dropped off had a large rip in it. They claimed that they had not done this.
One of their employees who moves furniture around, told my son and husband while they were trying to recover our items, he said, "sometimes instead of payment, the owners will give us items we like and they will just claim that they are missing."

"Overall, it was a great experience and was worth the money. It was expensive so we probably won't do it again for a while, but it would make a GREAT gift for an anniversary or birthday. It was fun and I did learn a lot. We are "foodie" people, so we may have enjoyed it a little more than someone else may. The food was delicious. We worked in teams and there was a lot going on. The instructor,
Saint Paul Cooking Classes Provider Name Locked
, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the class. It was a lot of fun and it seemed like the other couples there were having a great time as well. We ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy why we cooked. The couple that worked next to us were very nice. and we enjoyed meeting them and everyone else in the class. If you are the kind of person who likes to try something new, this is for you! They have a lot of classes, and there is something for everyone, not just couples. I will probably take their Knife Skills class as some point.
