"Mr. was clearly more thorough than any other estimator. He actually got up on the roof to inspect it and explained in great detail what needed to be done and why. The finished work is excellent as was the clean-up. The new gutters are a vast improvement over the old ones. I used to have problems with one of the gutters leaking right over a window; this problem is now fixed."

" I, (there are two Joshes at Platinum, one guy who runs the company, one who does most of the work) was out of town when I called his office, but his voice message suggested customers email him, so he could communicate with them while he was not in the office. I did, and he responded the next day, which impressed me. He came to our home a day later and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price for the amount of work I had asked him to do. II came in the following week and began work promptly. He was very friendly and obliging, even when I began throwing other tasks at him: I broke the light fixture while he was there, and I noticed an electrical outlet still didn't have a cover plate because it was set too far back inside of the wall. II moved the outlet forward for me, got an outlet plate from the truck and put it on within 10 minutes of my asking him, which surprised me. All of the work was done in a week, and the house looks 100 percent better. Thanks guys."

"Rich (the owner) scheduled the work, and he gave us a very accurate job-hours & cost estimate at the time of our call. was our /carpenter for the job. The work was messy, noisy, and at times presented us with 'interesting' obstacles, but got through project within the estimated time, as cleanly as possible (which was no small feat, considering he was sawing through plaster), and with good humor. At regular intervals he showed us his progress & explained what he'd be doing next, so there were no surprises. By the end of the day the attic opening was completed, and it looks better than we ever could hope for."

" the salesperson was very professional, respectful of females, and accommodating with my schedule. He provided samples in my home so I didn't need to go to the showroom; gave solicited advice on window and shutter coloring; and offered to come back to clean the windows once installed. Windows were installed earlier than anticipated, and the installer was very polite and cleaned up everything very well. However, the outside work (detail covering strips and shutters) has not yet been done nearly a month later--several reminder calls were placed with the company. First reminder message was not returned, requiring two follow-up calls before I was connected with , who was responsive."
