"This is a hard review to write. The folks were great -- very helpful, very responsive when I came back repeatedly to address a wheel-balance/vibration problem. A great customer-service experience. Unfortunately, they made a mistake when they put the new wheels on the car -- they forgot to put hub-rings in the wheels even though it was on the work-order (and were required in order to match the wheels to the car). That mistake caused the vibration problem. One of the times back I asked them to check to make sure the hub rings were installed. They said they had installed them. But several trips later, when they took the wheels off while I was standing there, we discovered that the hub-rings hadn't been installed after all. So the bottom line is that (like several other recent reviewers) I had to cope with an error by the technicians. This is mostly a message to the folks who work there -- your work *does* matter, we *do* care. Pay close attention to those details. You're doing a fine job, don't let those little mistake ruin your reputation."

I asked the sales person for their recommendation, and they recommended the tires I was thinking of when I walked in, so gave the OK to install them on my car. Twenty minutes later I was walking out the door with new tires on my car. The service was very fast, comes with a full replacement warranty for $13 which will replace the tire if anything happens to it through the usable life (rather than the pro-rated warranty most competitors offer). Also includes lifetime rotations and checks for free. Will continue to buy my tires here."
