"I dropped off my car to get fixed and was fortunate to get a loaner for the time it was in the shop. The auto body work and paint on the bumper was excellent (it matched perfectly). However, when I started the car and proceeded to drive away there was a rattling noise coming from the rear. When we returned he agreed to have a mechanic check the car out again. Upon further inspection it was determined that there was significant damage to the rest of the exhaust system that needed to be repaired. As a result it took an additional couple days before my car was repaired."
