"I had had a different plumbing company come to my house to fix a
leaking sink. During their work they determined that the main water
shutoff for the house was not functioning. I asked for a quote to fix
it and they provided. I then called to get a second
estimate. When the plumber for showed up he quickly realized
that the main water shutoff valve was not actually broken but instead
had built up deposits that were preventing the valve from closing. He
then quickly fixed the problem by gently working the deposits off by
repeatedly turning the handle. This fixed the problem and we were now
able to shutoff the water. didn't charge me for fixing
the problem. So instead of having to pay several hundred dollars to have a new valve installed, the plumbers expertise solved the problem in 20 minutes for free. Guess which company I'll call the next time I have a plumbing problem..."

"It went great overall. The work was completed in a timely manner and permits were provided when I requested them for the loan requirements that we were following."

"Overall a very positive experience. The women who answered the phones was very friendly and helpful. Both of the men that came out were very professional and polite. Work was performed as promised and when promised. We were only charged for one basic service visit at $95
We will definitely keep their number handy for any future plumbing needs."

"Not only did do the work that I had the appointment for, he also cleaned out my rain spouts because he noticed they were clogged!! I have used several times and each time has been a great experience."

"These repairs were made on separate occasions. Each time, the workers
were very prompt, professional, did a meticulous job, and thoroughly
cleaned up after themselves. This is easily the best plumbing company
that I have dealt with during my 30+ years of home ownership. I would
definitely use it again and would highly recommend it to any of my
friends.
I was particularly happy with the replacement of the
highly corroded influent pipe section and shut-off valve. Other
plumbers stated that due to the condition of the pipe section, it would
likely be necessary to replace the piping all the to the main (at an
estimated cost of $2500 - $4000). This was "problematic" to me since
Missouri-American stated that the influent pipe wasn't leaking, which
meant that I didn't qualify for the St. County program for such
repairs. In essence, 's method of making this repair
saved me a minimum of $2200, and amazingly, the invoice was $100 less
than his original estimate. Obviously I was very, very pleased."

"The guys from were friendly, professional and on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and I was on way way to work on 45 minutes. I would definitely call them again."

"I called for a plumber this morning and made an appointment for service on my leaking toilet. arrived at the designated time and went to work. He explained the process by which he diagnosed the problem and what was needed to fix it. The toilet had been improperly installed after new flooring several years ago. made the repairs, inspected my other toilets for me, cleaned up after himself and was courteous and professional. I will certainly call this company in the future when I have plumbing needs."

" made himself available the day after I called for an appt. Extremely friendly and professional gentleman, pleasant to the dog, who listened to my concerns regarding my 100 yr old house and began work immediately. He tested all faucets, flow and toilets. Checked all drainage. Checked 30 yr old water heater and drainage trap for disposal. Checked valve for defective ice maker. Made recommendations regarding replacement of water heater, discussed pros and cons. Discussed replacement of valve for ice maker. Suggested reconfiguration of drainage for disposal, but upon closer examination, decided that it should stay as designed. Proposed a price for work to be done. Date set for work to be done following week, including removal of old heater. Spent upwards of one hour on site. Extremely friendly and respectful. Inspires confidence. I had a very good feeling about Mr. and his family owned company."

" 's partner, , arrived at the tail-end of the two-hour window but went promptly to work. After cutting copper to make room for his wrench to remove the di-electric fitting for the cold-water feed at the top of the tank, he persisted putting all his weight into it until it finally came free. There is no way I had industrial plumbing-sized wrenches to do this job. Remnants of the old dip tube were extracted, less than 3" left, and the new tube was cut to length and inserted in its place. A new di-electric fitting was installed. The copper was cut back in and all couplings sweated. The unit was then flushed several times--and the faucet cartridge for hot water to the bathroom sink that was clogged, was blown clear of bits of plastic--with aerator cleared and reattached. The job took about an hour, with minimum materials since I had ordered the dip tube myself. And though I offered to pay with a check, I signed for the work and was e-mailed an invoice the next day. Total cost with an Angie's List coupon (saving 15% parts, $10 off the service call) and one hour labor was $135.
Overall, I was very satisfied with 's thorough attention to professional-grade repair, every step of the way. To members, I would recommend the process of shopping plumbers, since there are those that will work with you, and those--even though they may be highly rated--that will be looking to up-charge for a full-ticket installation."

"Their price is about in line with most. They are very good to work with. I think they do good work. It looks to me given the challenge they had they did a really good job. They did a lot of tiling. They rebuilt the shower."
