Shortly afterward I scheduled the repair. On the day of the work, the workers tore down the damaged plaster and then informed me that I had ...more ceiling joists that needed to be replaced or repaired before the plaster work could be completed. Apparently, the leak had been occurring for some time and had rotted the wood over the years resulting in some sagging. After I had the joists repaired the next day, I contacted them again to schedule the completion of the work. It took almost one full day to complete the plaster work. The result looks great."
