I was in the middle of changing a diaper, our dogs were barking and crazy and he was cool as a cucumber. He heard us call the dogs, and talked to them by name even to help calm them down and helped get them outside. I've had service people with patience, but this was above and beyond. He was prompt, worked quickly and was in and out by 9:15. Couldn't ask for more, and will be calling again for regular service!! I'd recommend them to anyone."

After three hours of liquid sitting on my hardwood, we decided to dry mop it up before there was damage.
