Eyeglass Repair Reviews in Saint Louis

Dr Marjit
was excellent. She took quite a bit of time. She did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with her. I have a major problem with
. It was first suggested that I get a picture of the eyeball, I was told up front that would not be covered by my insurance. I have major medical and vision. When I went in I gave them my major medical. The optician encouraged me to use
, because they only charge a $10 copay instead of a $20. I did that. After taking with the optician I ended up having the picture of the eyeball done which added $18 to my co-pay, I was told. After I had it completed, I found out it would be $67. They also made me sign a paper for my contact lens evaluation which was $39. They only told me about that charge that afterwords. None of these charges included the price of contact lenses or glasses. I wanted to warn that they have some
prices. I have always received the contact evaluation from other doctors, but have never been charged or told that it would not be covered by my insurance.

My experience here was a little frustrating. I went to get my lenses made and they tried several times to get them right and they never worked exactly to what I needed. They would try to fix them and take 1 1/2 weeks every time but in the end I just returned them and got my money back.

Eyeglass Repair reviews in Saint Louis

They fixed my glasses a few times but work seemed to get worse. It seems they don't wanna bother with them, and they just tell you that you need new ones. There is not a lot of competition and I still like them as far as selling of glasses.

Outstanding selection of men's glasses. I received friendly, unrushed and overall excellent assistance from all the personnel I had contact with. The glasses were ready earlier then promised. I've been back twice for one adjustment on each pair with satisfactory results. I'll be back.
