"I had been a patient of Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
's for 5 years. He specializes in the treatment of headaches. In April of 2010 he discharged me from his care by having a staff member call me: this was both illegal and unethical. According to the Missouri Board of Healing Arts, doctors must give a 30-day notice in writing via a certified letter. Moreover, he lied about the reason he was discharging me. I have filed a complaint with the Missouri Board of Healing Arts, and St.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
's Mercy Medical Center, his employer. But given how weak the Board is in Missouri, I don't expect much to happen. It took me FIVE MONTHS to get an appointment with another doctor in his practice. I bought the Code of Medical Ethics of the American Medical Association; the manner of his discharge of me violated at least 3 ethical codes.

"Started off o.k., and I thought maybe he'd help, but he didn't. He made a judgement call without getting all the facts and basing it on one visit. I found out later that I've had whiplash for 3.5 years now and that's what's been the cause of all of my symptoms. Nice of you to diagnose me with depression when I have whiplash DOC!"

"He is fantastic. This doc will spend all the time you want explaining things to you; using as much or as little detail as you want. When he is in the room, it doesn't seem to matter if he is supervising a fellow, or doing the procedure himself, I've always had a great result."

"His staff was friendly, and the office seems well run. My wife has quite a bit of symptoms and our primary care doctor is having a hard time putting together a puzzle, so he reffered us to Dr.

. Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
's office asked to have all of her imaging tests, reports, and blood work with her. We dropped it off at his office 2 days before the appointment, being I work at the hospital his office is at. We were brought into his office where his desk was and an exam table with some stimulation tools next to it. When he entered the room he did not introduce himself and just started asking questions, and seemed annoyed that my wife is only 27. She began to answer questions and telling about her symptoms and on nausea and vomitting he replied "I don't do nausea and vomitting. That's not nuerology." He also asked questions that were already in everything we brought to the office. He did an exam and during the exam still appeared annoyed and not listening to my wife. He asked why our doctor sent her there. We explained that he wanted to do testing to

out MS or Lupus; he said he would order a MRI of the brain but would be suprised if it showed anything. Then walked us out to the front to pay our co-pay of $30. He was nothing but rude and uncaring the whole visit, and when we got our test stuff back that we provided him, it was all in the folder exactly the way we gave it to him, more evidence that he didn't look at anything we gave him, or that he even tried to think about it. I'll give him one thing, at least we knew he was not being fake with us. I am very upset with paying these doctors who don't care and take your money, and paying for tests that they don't look at themselves to try and figure out what is wrong with their patients.

"Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
was wonderful, from beginning to end. He worked us into his schedule without delay, had tests completed rapidly, and explained my daughter's situation clearly, allowing us plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The surgery itself was a success, and recovery was faster than any of us expected it to be. Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
is very calming and very professional; we had faith in his work, and we were not disappointed."

"Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
did a great job of explaining the entire process and making me feel as comfortable as possible. The technician working with her treated me with respect and administered the tests in a professional manner. Undergoing such an extensive evaluation can make one nervous, but they answered all my questions and helped me to relax. I arrived at 8am and did an initial interview with Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
, who explained how the testing would proceed. I then spent the next 3+ hours with the technician, undergoing face-to-face testing in the areas listed above. After the testing, Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
returned and asked me how I thought it went. She then explained that she would write the report and call me in about a week with the results. I would recommend Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
to someone requiring this type of evaluation.

"The surgery went very well. Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
removed nearly all of the tumor, without damaging any of the surrounding tissue. He then followed up with me daily in the ICU, having teams of specialists evaluate me throughout my recovery. Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
was very thorough and methodical in his approach, constantly monitoring my progress and obtaining objective evidence of my recovery before taking any action. I would highly recommend Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
to someone in need of brain surgery.

"Dr.
Saint Louis Neurologists Provider Name Locked
was attentive and had a good bedside manner. He did a good job explaining what to expect from the procedures he had planned. Ultimately, he did not perform surgery on me since I decided to move to a different facility."
