"Wow, what a pleasure! The serviceman arrived on time, explained what he could and could not do, rekeyed a house full of locks, repaired the front door lock--all with no mess, no problems, no issues. The locksmith quickly opened up our house and was able to make two copies of our house key (which was broken in half from jamming it into our frozen doorknob). The key copies were sturdier according to the locksmith. He said it would be able to withstand frozen doorknobs... and to "unfreeze" the keyhole he just used a little DW40, which totally worked. We weren't happy with the response time.. not only from this company, but also from the other locksmith companies we called... especially given the possibility that we could have been stuck outside in the cold for an hour. BUT the redeeming factor is that he was quick, efficient, and affordable. We had expected to pay more."
