"What could have been a disaster was saved by the integrity of the company's owner.  Others mention great care and neatness, but that was NOT our initial experience.  It took four, 8 hour, days to clean up what should have been a one day job.  The crew assigned to our project did not cover air intakes, nor did they block off doorways or ...more other areas, so plaster dust went everywhere. The project was begun in Winter, and the furnace was on, so it carried the mess throughout the house, on blinds, furniture, even dishes on the kitchen hutch cabinet. NOW for the good news....because the job had to stop for some additional wall repairs in the next phase, we had time to discuss our concerns with

immediately responded and asked to make things right.  He offered to complete the next phase at his own expense!  We were so pleased at his response, but it would have meant nothing if we had the same problems.  We did not!  We were more educated about what to expect, that made a difference, but the workman

assigned to this phase made a fine effort to take care that the work area was blocked off and left relatively small issues to be cleaned up. The ethical and honest resolution of the problem means as much to us as the fine workmanship we finally received.  It's fairly easy to praise a job with no problems, but we are happy to praise this company for its response to a difficult project."
