, were both great to deal with. They were very flexible to our timing needs, as we weren't always at the house, and were very professional, not to mention a joy to talk with. Despite impending thunderstorms on the second day of labor, and the amount of work that was required inside the house, they took every precaution necessary to make sure the house remained as clean as humanly possible. They covered all walk spaces and all furniture, even taking care to remove insulation that did manage to find the floor. In all, we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I was told on the phone that the job would be done in 2 days. The removal process took 1. 5 days with machinery issues both days( ran out of gas twice and the gas tank melted). Then on the 3rd day they just didn't show up and they did not call us either. So, at 5 pm, I called the company rep who said ''they will be there tomorrow. '', that did not happen, ...more it then was the weekend. They were suppose to be here sat. Morning, no show. We received a fax that their machine was still broken, see you on monday, no call, no show. I called the company every 2 hours with no return phone call from any rep. (they have an answering service only). Finally tuesday morning they showed up with a ''sorry, our machine was broke. '' and finished the job. One week total. During that time there was dust, dirt and no insulation. My air conditioners hardly stopped and they trampled bedding plants in the yard. Clean up on their part was only fair. The actual workers were courteous. The company reps weren't reliabl"
