They had said they would call before coming and they did not. They came, never introduced themselves and went straight to the backyard. After asking if my filter had recently been replaced and it had, they said no need to check the downstairs portion of the air conditioner. Overall think they were rushing through the motions and trying to get to the end of the day.

I asked for a bid and the house visit went well, but failed to send me the actual bid on the promised timeline. I did not receive anything until after repeated attempts to contact the contractor more than a week after I'd been promised an estimate. I had mentioned at the time of the house visit that I had some medical issues and there were complications with the surgery that delayed my response to the bid. When I emailed to ask if it was possible to give me an estimate with new heat as well I was told the bid was withdrawn. Every contractor and real estate professional I've dealt with has said to get multiple bids for perspective, and I had mentioned that I'd been debating heat at the house visit, making this reply both rude and unexpected.
I appreciated the cost breakdown, but other than that the experience was unprofessional.

We called them out because of a leak from an AC unit in the basement. When they told us how much it was going to cost, I realized that my husband never submitted the maintenance agreement I filled out (months ago!) so we signed up for that and they still gave us the 10% discount on the diagnostic charge (that you get from the maintenance agreement), then fixed the leak.
They came out the next week to do the regular maintenance that comes with the maint. agreement. We went out of town the next day and when we came back, we realized the upstairs AC wasn't working so we called them out again. Turns out it was something to do with the plug not being connected properly (again, my husband dealt with it - not my dept!), which we think happened accidentally during the maint. visit the week before. They came out the next day and fixed it at no charge. Overall, good experience.
