Being that our house is so old the door was 8 X 3 approx plus it had a transome above it. They decided to order the door (which suprisingly is a standard size) but then build a customer frame and transome around it and have it delivered in one piece. It arrived and was beautiful.

They were flexible with both the time and the date of the scheduled service - and worked around my work schedule. He removed it, and told me he could fix it, and told me where I could get a new piece cut to fit. In the meantime, while I ran to the store, he continued to work on the other items on my list.
