"After having another company estimate the job to replacing carpet in a master bedroom and sun room we went to Angie's list to see other contractors. We called

on a Saturday morning telling him we were considering replacing carpet with hard wood and we saw his positive ratings on Angie's List. We told him we had looked at some hardwood samples but weren't happy with the other company's representatives. He immediately offered to bring over samples at our convenience the following week nights. We asked about coming to see samples and he directed us to ProSource (Fossil uses ProSource as the exclusive supplier). We went to ProSource and brought home a couple samples.

The samples were considerably cheaper and we set up installation for two weeks later when he had an opening in his schedule.

He looked at the schedule and told us that he could juggle some new construction that wasn't extremely time sensitive to meet our needs. He then brought the wood to our 3rd floor condo a couple days before the installation. He began the work on a Thursday morning and working alone he finished the job early Friday afternoon. He was extremely courteous and great to work with during the entire process. We couldn't be happier.
