"I was stunned at the poor workmanship and quality of this job. Board ends don't match, concrete was all over the yard as well as smeared on the fence posts, top rails are ALREADY popping off, and the integrity of the repaired portion of the fence is questionable. Mr. Thorgren said that he gave this job a big "thumbs up!" but there is not one portion ...more of it which shows any quality craftmanship or attention to any detail. I took a number of photos which I will happily share with any reader who would like to see them. Mr. Thorgren did offer to come to the house and try to repair what he and his workers had done, but my feeling is that there is no reason to assume that the repair will improve the situation. I simply do not want him in my yard. Do not hire this man or this company if you are at all interested in any type of quality workmanship."

"It was great. I contacted Sanel the week prior, and he answered the phone right away. He offered to come right over to give an estimate and was at my house within 20 minutes. At first I was just going to have a driveway gate installed, but after listening to his very earnest advice, I decided to replace some sagging fencing (likely 30 to 40 years old ...more already) with something more up to date. out the property's utilities, and we scheduled the job for the first Monday coming up. He showed up promptly with his crew and they got right to work. They consulted with me during the job to make sure I would be happy with the position of the gate and such. He and his crew were friendly and very professional. They got the whole job done in one day. The fence is very tight and flush with the ground, with no gap. That's important, because my dog can easily go under a loose fence. For the level of service I received, the speed with which the job was completed, and the end result, it was easily worth the money I paid. They also used some of the leftover concrete to repair some loose concrete in my sidewalk before they left, which was very nice of them."

"Couldn't have gone better! Called the office early Friday afternoon; received call back about 3 hours later. Set up appointment for free estimate for 11am the next day (Saturday). Was ON TIME for the appointment, was very down-to-earth, and very informative about what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done). The posts in the ground didn't need to be replaced, but they were shabby looking, so he used some metal covering over them to extend the 4 foot post to a 5 foot post. . He also followed up with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon to make sure we had taken time to look the fence over and to make sure it was what we wanted and if there were any problems. He told us if anything wasn't right to call him and he'd come right out and fix it. He was very friendly, considerate, polite, and cleaned up the entire area where he worked (Better than it looked before he was there!). :)Would definitely recommend to ANYONE looking for this sort of work."

"The estimates were accurate and the work was performed within three days of the scheduled date due to rain. However, the installers never asked us to review the work before leaving and the company had to send someone out twice to repair shoddy work. "The work was done horribly. The wood they used didn't match correctly and was of poor quality. They put the wiring on the wrong side of the fence. The nails and staples they used were not rust-proof and rusted within a month. They left numerous holes in my shed and didn't putty any of them. They were over priced, provided bad service and used inferior materials."
