I called them 3 days ago for an estimate. I was told that someone would contact me. No one has returned my call. I might use them if they'd call back and give me an estimate.

Arrived on-time. I provided the ladder because I have cedar shake shingles, and my ladder has plastic protectors to prevent scratching the shake shingles were the ladder touches the shingles. This was my choice.
The
carefully removed the existing brick molding so that the brick molding could be replaced after the new gable vent ws installed.
The
then removed the old damaged gable vent.
The
man then installed the new gable vent, and reinstalled the existing brick molding that served as a molding between the gable vent and the cedar shake shingles.
Following installation, appropriate caulking between gable vent and brick molding was completed.
This process was repeated twice.
Gable vents and brick molding was installed correctly and installed plumb.
Painting was not included in the scope of work.. The gable vents are plastic and cannot accept painting. I had been at Lowe's and Home Depot researching the gable vents, and neither Lowe's nor Home Depot had the vents i needed. Because
found a supplier that had two gable vents in stock that were gray, I bought the vents direct from the supplier and paid
the difference between the price he quoted for the gable vents and what I paid to the supplier, the amount being a finder's fee.
I would have done this work myself if I was younger. I thouight the price he qouted was fair. I alos received three
quotes that were higher, the closest was at $295.

When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was wonderful! She asked for details about what I wanted done so that she could estimate my cost while on the telephone. She was quite pleasant and upbeat! I was told that they would put post in concrete, which I was happy to hear. I was also told (re potential third job) that their having to go get materials would cost me for their time in doing so (fair enough). The work was scheduled for a specific day and time. I needed to call about a third job I had asked to be done, as it was becoming apparent that I would not have found the parts I needed in time for them to do that job on the scheduled day. I wanted them to know that they would only be doing two of the three jobs, in case they wanted to schedule something else for someone else in the extra time. I was told that they needed to reschedule the entire work, as it was supposed to rain that day. I thought that forecast was minimal (per Weather Bug) but - oh, well. We rescheduled got 1:00 p.m. 6/2. On 6/2, the
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
of rain was much higher (per Weather Bug). I really expected a call to cancel. I did not get this, nor did anyone show up at 1:00 p.m. I got a call at 2:05 p.m. from the receptionist, saying that she had JUST been informed that earlier job took longer than expected and that they were running late and would be at my place within 15 minutes. It was 2:40 before the staff person arrived. I had assumed that they would supply the concrete for setting the mail box post, as they had stated that that was their standard. They did not, so I had to pay for worker to go to get concrete. I could easily have done that prior to their arriving (was at Home Depot two days before for other purchases). There was no effort at all to discuss disposal of the old mailbox and pole from backyard - with latter left in back yard. However, when I raised the issued, supervisor (who had showed up to help) did take pole with him. All staff were pleasant. Primary worker did apologize for running late. Supervisor did take pole home with him to cut up and discard. I would likely use them again. I recognize that I had made some assumptions about what would and would not do. Pole is gone from back yard and new mailbox looks good!

Arrived on time, worked with few breaks, kept work areas clean and neat and did an excellent and complete job of power washing, scraping, caulking, priming and painting. Our home has "
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
" style trim with fake stucco and dark wood trim. In other words, the house is ALL trim work. The painters did a fine job of finishing this out with no drips, runs or mismatched joints. Very professional and friendly workers. Cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommended.

Initial contact with
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
- was a little slow but this was not his fault as I did not notice his request for direct contact rather than through the Angie's List page. He was very polite and saw what needed to be done. After that it took a while to get back in touch with me due to his hectic schedule but he completed the project within 3 days of re-connection. He was very professional and clean and very easy to work with

Extraordinarily well.
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
is the most straightforward and contractor I've met in St.
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
, and very professional. He and his crew arrive on time, prepared to work, and don't stop until the job is done including clean-up. He is responsive to phone calls and texts. Although his quote for the deck was higher than some others, his emphasis on ensuring structural stability and quality were more than worth it. He gave me great ideas for the deck, and it looks better than I could have imagined.
I'm preparing to sell my house, and as a part of that I have a couple remaining cosmetic jobs that need to be done. I'm definitely calling him first!

redid the exterior trim and soffit paint on our
house. It looks great. Our experience with them went smoothly, although we did
have to wait longer than anticipated because they had a queue and then the
winter weather came early. Once they started in the spring, they did exactly
what they said they would do. A good paint job depends on attention to prep
work, and they took the time to do the repairs and prep.
All the workers were professional and did a good job cleaning up each
day.

Claus did a great job supervising and was responsive to our concerns
and comments. He made good
recommendations about color choices. We
would not hesitate to hire them again.

It was great. He did a great job of repairing a hole in the ceiling above our stairs. He was neat and clean and stuck to the parameters of the Big Deal. Nice guy, too!

I live in Tower Grove South. I spoke to
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
on the phone. gave him my info, and he balked at the work when I gave him our address. He told me his lead painter has apparently had things thrown at him and heard gunshots while working somewhere in this area; he refuses to come back here and work. I said I'll call somebody else....More /> don't bother
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
if you live in Tower Grove South like I do.

Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
provides everything one would want in a painter. He is highly skilled, punctual, tidy, and entirely reliable. In fact, we left our house keys with him so he could finish the job while I was out of the country on business. Its also noteworthy that
Saint Louis Exterior Painters Provider Name Locked
does all this for entirely reasonable rates. He is a young guy who is in the process of establishing his company in the St.

area, and so he is extremely attentive to customer service. We would hire him again in an instant.
