They were able to use the few clues I knew about my insurance to look me up in a database and find out my new member number."

"I can't tell you all the details of illnesses and emergencies over 30 years. She kept good records, returned phone calls, had some habits that many doctors omit: listening to heart and lungs, tapping knees and elbows, looking into ears and nose. She's courteous, friendly and kind. I can't imagine a better doctor."

I also got the impression that his staff was not very competent. For example, once when the office scale needed to be re-calibrated, his nurse had trouble subtracting the difference in actual/measured weight. It was 12 pounds. Eventually our relationship deteriorated to the point that I had to switch doctors. That being said, I want to reiterate that I think he is a very competent and probably would still recommend him; he just wasn't the doctor for me anymore. "
