was very professional on the phone and in person. He arrived, explained pricing policies, and got straight to work. When it was clear he would need to take the computer in to run a diagnostic test, he stopped and told me right away as well as telling me what charges would likely run. I agreed to have him take the computer, and he kept me updated via phone messages on progress and I was able to okay each major step before he proceeded. He had the computer fixed, back, and completely up and running within two days. He charged exactly what was quoted ($225 = 125 for operating system and another $100 for a hard drive, total) and did not leave until the internet was working and printer was installed. He even reattached the speakers that we had detached long ago to move the computer. Everything is working great, and I'm writing this review from my good-as-new (better, maybe!) desktop. Thanks,

"Everything went very well! I was treated very good, especially since I went in there basically with no idea of anything.
