"The showroom was roomy and pleasant. Our contractor knew a salesman and this helped considerably. The original tile arrived as expected. Unfortunately, one box had many cracked tiles. The contractor needed an additional box. We were told it would take twice as long (one week) to get the replacement box as it did to get the original shipment. Fortunately, our contractor went up to the showroom and personally spoke with someone else who was able to sort out the situation and get the replacement tile sooner rather than later. It would have been great if the second box could have been shipped as quick as the initial order (which was also shipped)."

were my primary team and tried to make things as helpful as possible, providing alternate water and microwave access and refrigerator use in the dining room. There is no denying that it is a stressful experience and you should be prepared for dirt and unhappiness during the whole affair. The project was delayed because of cabinet delivery delays and subsequent errors in cabinet delivery. Other cabinets needed to be ordered. Appliances needed to be pushed back because the cabinets were delayed. Flooring was delayed because of appliance delays. Then flooring needed replacing because of a glitch in the sub floor. Then replaced again because of a grout defect. The kitchen was repainted three times due to my color indecision. And through it all we remained friends and I ended up with the kitchen of my dreams. And they were sweet to my dog and cat. But be warned, kitchen renovation is not for the faint of heart. LOL"

They finally finished and I had to have them come back to fix a couple of spots that I was not thrilled with. After they fixed the minor problems, the tile now looks good.
