Basement Waterproofing Reviews in Saint Louis

Was the busy season for them evidently, so took a little while before they could make it out;
did I explained what I wanted done and why; he then explained to me what he thought should be done prior to doing the work I wanted. Specifically he said it sounded like one of my down spout (the ceramic type) had broken and that sealing the gaps would only help so much and that I should get it 'scoped' and he could come back and do that as well when he did the other work.
Then explained what that work would involve and quoted me a price for the work.
I happened to have a scope so I went ahead and did that, turns out he was right; three other people had come out to give me quotes and not one had caught the true cause of my problem (water coming into the basement)
Well that sealed the deal for me, (punny) and I had him come out and do the sealing that needed to be done and since I had two drains on that side just sealed that downspout up and stopped using it.
Clear, professional and concise; and saved me from worse damage and costlier repair.

These guys were excellent! They were able to schedule the work quickly once I signed, and arrived promptly on the scheduled work date. The installation required approximately 2 8 hr days, and Jesser, and
and his crew were professional throughout the work. So far, our basement has been dry.

team was awesome!
They showed up on time, went over everything with me.
finished the job on time, and the owner

came out at the end of the day
and inspected the job.
You wont find many businesses that the owner comes out to make sure the job is done right.
I would refer

Installers arrived on time and met with me to discuss all the details. After everything was finalized they went to work. I did have a change to the order on the placement of the lawnscape outlet. This required approximatley 30 more feet of PVC pipe. After telling me the new price, the foreman had no problem accomodating for a longer discharge line to satisfy my concern. The crew worked all day and completed 95% of the work. The lid for the sump pump was still on order and they needed to insulate the entrance to the crawl space. When they returned, two weeks later, it only took them a couple of hours to complete the job. The opening to my crawl space is a small egress window. The crew cutout some foam with a reflective material on one side to help keep the outside air out of the crawl space. They also removed a dead rabbit along with some of the insulation that had fallen to the ground due to moisture.

is a little pricey, but they were the best I found for crawl space repair. No other company has the patented products that they have. They will take the time to educate you on what needs to be done and the science behind their process.

responded to my phone call on Saturday after the large snowstorm and then rain. We had a broken pipe in our sump pump with early overflow problems. He returned our call on a Saturday. Then sent servicemen tohome immediately. It took two trips, pluis supplies to repair a rusty C-clamp from 20 years ago. Further testing revealed a defect in our drain pipe, which was also repaired.
We had purchased the system over 20 years ago from the previous ownership. Even though

was a succeeding owner, there was "no charge" for all the work. Highly professional. Problem solved.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable and we feel they are extremely trustworthy. We were about to begin a remodel of our basement rec room and they gave us a few suggestions regarding the framing of the rec room so if the foundation needed repairs in the future, we wouldn't have to tear down any walls. The small cracks they waterproofed were in a different section of the house and behind drywall, they answered all our questions regarding how to best ensure water wouldn't penetrate the drywall in the future. In addition, While they were repairing our basement wall, they discovered a hollow spot in our basement floor. They came back to inspect the hollow floor the following week using a camera scope and discovered it was a small space (less then a few inches) and it was nothing to be too concerned about. As far as we're concerned, these guys are the only foundation company we'll call in the future.

Service was excellent. Arrived on time to provide estimate, explained the repair process, scheduled date for repair, showed up on time, took 2 days as predicted, cleaned up mess. Working with them is a great example of knowledge, service, and respect for the consumer. Honest, efficient, and reliable.

It went really well.

gave us an estimate that was right in the middle of the other estimates we had gotten, but he seemed more professional than some of the other companies we had tried. We set a date for the work to be done; Atlas told us in advance everything we would need to do and everything they would do to prepare for the job. The job started and ended on time and on budget. I was really impressed by everyone I dealt with: the office staff (

) is very professional and responsive, and the guys who did the work were great.
There was a slight problem with the concrete in one area of the basement -- it needed to be leveled a bit. I called to see if they could fix it, and they came out immediately. I didn't have to ask twice for them to fix it. I thought they would just pour something on top of it to level it off, but instead they tore up the concrete in that area and repoured it. They seemed to have a real committment to the quality of their work. Really, we couldn't have been happier with the whole job.

Total time for repairs: 5 days.
Employee Work Ethic: Professional
Employee Values: Integrity and Dutiful

Advantages for using this Company: Caters to Military and professional work ethic.
Concerns: Concrete repair of the foundation did not set well in some areas and is cracking at hollow spots, I did let Mr. Boziki know about this issue the last day they was here because the cracks and hollow points were noticeable before the repairs were completed on the outside of the home which allowed the interior repairs of the basement to set a day or two. Mr. Boziki did say he would return after business from recent storms slowed down and repair those spots that were hollow and cracking bc of the concrete not setting. No areas have cracked due to water damage or leaking and the basement has not leaked at all along the walls.
Second Concern: The drains placed at the doors in the basement are not as wide as the door frame so water that comes under the doors goes around these drains and into the basement, I also mentioned this to Mr. Boziki.
I completely trust Mr. Boziki will hold up to his word and fix these issues as soon as time permits, I would recommend this company to any fellow military man or friend.

The company sent out a salesman to try and sell an interior drain tile and sump pump. I told him I wanted ideas and a plan for keeping my basement waterproof. The company representative failed to do a proper investigation to try and find out a solution. In this case I had water coming into the basement from my chimney but he didn't even shine his flashlight up the chimney to see the problem. Instead he recommending drain tile across the ENTIRE perimeter of my basement even though I told him 2/3 of it had never seen water.
