"Very pleased with the job performed by who removed the mold. Very professional and courteous. Bill Hunt was the contact person and he was" too was very professional and courteous. Bill sent me the proposal on the 9th of June and after I accepted, he was able to schedule the job 6 days later. Can't beat that! I would definitely recommend !

"They Told me they could do the job in the cold winter ,as they have heaters, to keep the house warm, After i pay 1/2 down , i get conned into waiting until weather" was warm, as the contract was singed. After the work was done, I see they broke my sewer grate, After numeris calls to , They send a man out, After fighting the grate sleve he brought, He used the one i hand carved, it was not done, it needed a bit more sanding, To fit proper, Rather than taking the time to sand it down ,he puts sealer on and it in place, Leaves, I turn on sink and the water is hitting the side of pipe and splashing up through grate. Hard as i try , its stuck. I have made 4 or 5 calls to . Still no help. The worst ,all the other co's charge &7,000 less for the same job. & i find ,it's not burnable asbestos tile, a little water spray, & I could of removed it myself. They got the floor clean, but did about $200.00 in paint dammage to my stairway wall. When they moved a desk out. They sing a great song about saftey, but it's all bull.

asbestos siding a house

The name asbestos refers to a group of minerals composed of actinolite, amosite, anthophyllite, chrysotile, crocidolite and tremolite. Asbestos is useful for its strengthening, insulating and heat-resistant qualities. It was used in construction from the 1940s to the late 1970s, when its health risks became widely known.

Asbestos Removal reviews in Saint Louis

We made an appointment and within a week came out. He was punctual and all was done within 30 minutes. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all me questions. The test results were send to me via e-mail and mail within two or three days. I highly recommend . I especially liked his low key approach ...More and that did not try to sell any of his services.

Very smooth. They can out and I explained what I wanted removed. They took a sample and tested a tile. By end of the day I had results of tile. Scheduled for them to come remove tile and they had it done in a day. Approx. 800 sq fr

The service was great. The job was done quickly and in a professional manner. The technician even saw that I was having trouble taking down some shelves and he stepped in to help after he was done with the abatement. Their price was also a lot cheaper than other providers I had looked at. I would definitely recommend them!

I sent this contractor a message through Angie's List on 3.4.14 and I have not heard any response as of 3.27.14. Usually contractors on Angies List are very responsive. This is the first non-response I've ever had.

Very mixed bag. The sample testing went well. came and took the samples and had the tests done quickly and provided us with reports. He also sent us a contract with several options for what they could do (moving furniture, removing carpet from stairs if there were tiles there, etc.). That part all worked well.
Once we accepted ...More the contract, however, things got miserable. I called to ask when the work could be done before signing the contract, because I wanted to coordinate with the carpet and tile folks that were going to come and the new flooring once the asbestos tile was gone. I was told by phone that the next two weeks were busy, but could likely be worked in after than. This was late on a Friday.
So I signed the contract and sent it back Monday morning asking for one of two days two weeks out (past the date I was told they were tied up). I was then contacted by the office manager (I can't remember her name now; I've blocked it out) and told that they were busy that week, too, but would be doing scheduling later that week.
I didn't hear back later that week, so I called to ask when we were going to be scheduled. I got an annoyed response that they hadn't done the scheduling yet, but it would be two weeks out. Then more days of hearing nothing, so I called again, only to be told they hadn't done any scheduling and it would be another two weeks before they could schedule me.
So I wrote back to the owner ( ) and rescinded the contract. The price was fine, but the miserable time trying to get on the schedule made me doubt the attention to detail that they would follow when they were in our house removing asbestos from our basement.
While I was lining up another provider (the second one never gave us a contract, even after promising one, and the third contractor never scheduled us -- even after I told them that I was having a miserable time getting scheduled with , but the fourth time was finally a charm!), and after I had already told them I was rescinding the acceptance of the contract, called back to say they could come the next day to take out the tiles. My cell phone cut out right after they said that they could come the next day, but they never called back to follow up. And since it was going to take 2 weeks to get the carpet ordered and installed, I wouldn't have wanted an unusable basement for 2 weeks.
I'm guessing our job was too small to matter, so maybe if you have a really big job (piping insulation, furnace insulation and tile flooring) you'd get on the schedule. It befuddled me how hard it was to schedule us: you look at the calender, find the first empty date, and say, "We can come on XXX". If that is too far out for the customer, you offer to put them on a waiting list, or apologize and let them find a new provider. But to hang us on the hook for two weeks promising us to be scheduled but never following through, and sounding annoyed that we kept calling to ask to be scheduled, is inexcusable.

After initially contacting on a Monday, I was promptly put in touch with Bill. We set up a time for the next day when he could come by to take a look at my bathroom and give me a quote. Bill was very friendly, professional, and prompt. He quoted me a number on the spot, which was in line with my (optimistic) expectations. Later ...More that day, he called to schedule the abatement for Friday, knowing that I preferred to have the service performed before the weekend. Bill later called to politely ask if the abatement could be moved up to Thursday, which worked out well for me. When the scheduled service time came around, and arrived right on time. They quickly went to work removing the duct from the wall. They were finished after about only 2 1/2 hours. Afterwards, explained to me all of the (many) precautions they took to prevent the asbestos from getting into the air and he retrieved an air sample to confirm this. They left the workspace cleaner than it was before they arrived, and took great care to clean any surface that asbestos fibers may have settled onto. Overall, the service was completed less than 3 days after contacting them. They exceeded or met my expectation on all points. Highly recommended.

Professional. Owner, , inspected and bid the job himself. Often such insulation is sealed and left in place, but I felt that their bid for its complete removal was reasonable and meant that here was a problem I would not have when the day came to sell the home. His crew was on time every day and quite friendly. They left an ...More exquisitely clean site. High praises.

's office staff were friendly and helpful. The service was performed on time. It seemed reasonably priced.
