"I have hired this company three times in the past year or so. They have
always come in with a good price, and they seem to have the fastest
turn-around from contact to completion. The work looks good too!"

Seattle Window Installers Reviews

"Excellent. They were always quick to respond by phone during the initial estimating process. There estimate was competitive (a little cheaper) than Renewal by for the same job. Windows took about 6 weeks to come in. For the install, they arrived on time, were curteous and did an nice job with the installation of the windows. They had to rebuild one window frame that rotted and it looks very clean and matches the other window frames well. Nice job insulating around the windows too. They cleaned everything up well - no that they were here. They even removed some old bars on our basement windows and took those away."

"When repairing the window turned out to be a bigger project than expected, called to let me know. The repair guy even came in on a Sunday to complete the work and I felt like they charged me a lot less for labor than I expected. Their price was very fair and they were easy to deal with. The door was returned in great shape. I would gladly use them again."

"It went fantastic! We bonded with immediately. He is such a great guy and genuinely cares about his work and his client's happiness. We have a 1945 cape cod style home that had a very outdated and oddly shaped kitchen, and a bathroom with rotting drywall and a full size window in the shower (God knows why). gave us the bid for labor only and gave us an estimate on material costs. We worked it out to be exactly to our budget. We liked paying for materials separately because it allowed us to control costs and not pay any -up a contractor may have added. Once we accepted bid he and his guys were able to start within 10 days or so. Project Start: Like most projects, the demo went quickly. His guys were extremely clean and took great care to make sure dust was contained within the confines of the kitchen and bathroom. They put up plastic sheets and had an industrial air purifier to help with the dust. They had a large trailer in the driveway to haul away all the debris (which there was plenty of). Middle of Project: During the project the work went smoothly and communicated well at each phase. As with all projects like this you find a few surprises. For us these were minimal and was always willing to ensure what needed to be done was taken care of the right way. As we were discussing ways to make the kitchen as efficient and spacious as possible, we decided to expand the entryway to be wider than it was originally. During this process found that the beam spanning the boundary between the kitchen and living room would need some additional support to ensure it was safe. Many contractors would have simply glossed over this and done what was cheap and easy. does it the right way, even if it slows down the project. End of Project: Wow! What an amazing new kitchen and bathroom we have. We are so thrilled with the space created for us. Almost 1 year after the job was completed we couldn't be happier with our kitchen. It is beautiful! And the scrap pile on the patio was cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell it was ever there. We LOVE the remodel! It's not often people hug their contractor, but both my wife and I gave a hearty hug at the end of this project. We will definitely call for our next project!"

"The owner, , came to the house, and discussed and took the order. The date was set-up. Two workers, and , arrived on time, worked well, and did a very good/neat installation. There was one error, which was handled quickly and pleasantly. "

"We contacted based on a recommendation. They provided an estimate for a basement and kitchen remodel. Their price was close to that of other companies and our representative was very responsive. However, unlike the other contractors we got bids from, did not spend much time in our house and they did not bring subs in to look at plumbing and electrical. All other contractors brought these subs in and their prices increased following. We would consider using again, but in an old house we felt it was best to use someone that spent extensive time giving us an accurate bid."

" was very well prepared when he came to see our project. He brought pictures, drawings from past projects, show us what would happen at each step if we choose them for this project. We like him and . But the final decision comes down to the price. is a bit expensive compared to the other contractors we interviewed. Also we feel like has less experience for the type of project we want to do. But we would definitely consider them in the future for sidings, porch, exterior of house, on which had done quality work."

"The work was was completed on time and was done very well. The old window casing was removed, rot eliminated and rebuilt and the window installed in a few short hours. The workmen were polite and efficient and there was not mess when they left. I will use again."

"They were just great. They had installed the windows when I first moved in 15 or 16 years ago and I was very impressed because of the time. They stand behind their product and they are really great. They didn't charge me anything, which was outstanding."
