Four weeks passed and I didn't hear back from him; I emailed several times and he responded that he would check with the factory and let me know the status of my order. Another ...more two weeks passed and I finally called him. Within ten days 8 of the 9 blinds were installed; the 9th blind was the wrong size and had to be re-manufactured. Due to the snow the 9th blind was not installed until three weeks later."
