is a wonderful business owner. One of my windows didn't get cleaned well by his crew, and he came himself on a weekend to check it out, then returned a couple of days later to reclean it, no charge. One of the most responsive companies around. Very polite and professional crews."

" This company had the best price but there were some communication problems (lost my information and failed to return email) but quality was not too bad. We haven't lived in this home more than 6 months so I wasn't sure what to expect (is that

dirt or is it a drop of paint, or a scratch etc.) but I did see a big improvement once the cleaner was finished like no more streaks and such. However, I went over it myself the next sunny day (the sun showed some streaking) and was able to remove a lot more dirt and paint drips. I feel that now I know better what I'm doing and what needs to be done and so I will be more prepared in getting the quality that I all want. Only thing is that I can do it myself now so I won't be needing their services again anytime soon. Their pricing is better than others that were quoted to me so if and when I need window cleaners again I will give them another try now that the kinks seem to have been worked out. There pricing by time rather than number of windows makes them a great option for me considering how many windows I have! "

They got right to work and completed the job quickly and without incident, even climbing ladders to reach the top floor on the outside.
