The price ranges between $60 and $100 depending on what you have done. I think a visit is around $60. They checked out our pet and gave her some medicines to help combat the allergies. Then they followed up. They are always really great about following up with your visits. They give you a call about one to two days later to check on the pet and see how it is doing. Their last service was great. We have been going to them for maybe about 7 years. I would use their services in the future too.

The price depends on what you have done. The examination was like $85 and the cost for the medicine was separate. I like the staff there. There has been some turnover in the last couple of years. Dr. is the vet we work with over there. She is very good and I like her manner a lot. She is very clear. We have been using her for over 10 years. I like working with her very much. The staff is helpful. The facility is fine and there is nothing special. They keep it clean as well.

"We were not rushed, the staff and vets are always professional yet concerned. Vet called back with lab results and additional phone message to see how things were going."

"We like them and they are very, very nice people but if your dog is really sick, they have no place to keep the dog so that is kind of a problem. They are really high so we think they need to adjust their prices. They always call and double check and that kind of thing. They send a bazillion postcards reminding us of everything. We were going to have our dog's teeth cleaned and they said it would be between $500-700. We thought that was kind of steep so we went with someone else and they cleaned them for $150 so we are going to do that quarterly instead of once a year. They are excellent at what they do and we like them. If our dog is sick we won?t probably use them again but for yearly checkups they are good but we aren't going to do other things. They have a passion for animals and they truly care. They are a little bit high and they don't have the facilities we would like them to have. If our dog were deathly ill we wouldn't take her there because they are going to send her someplace else. They are really good for annual checkups and things where we need some medication."

"We brought our dog to NWVH for years. For the most part, the staff and a couple of the vets were great. But, there had been turnover during the years and we almost never had the same doctor from one visit to the next. Thank goodness our dog had been primarily healthy and we only visited about once a year.
Sadly, our sweet dog developed mouth cancer at age 15. The reason for my below average review is that the vet who told me about the diagnosis couldn't have been less compassionate. I had thought that a mouth odor was due to an abcess but upon examination, our vet told me that she had cancer.
It was the complete lack of compassion in her voice and manner that effected me greatly. The was matter of fact and she told me right tthen and there that I might want to consider putting her down sooner rather than later. For someone who thought their dog was merely having dental problems, this was devestating news to me. She didn't seem up on the fact that I was shaken to the core. No moment of empathy.
There was never any follow up by anyone in the office. As a result, I have never returned, nor have I taken my new pet there.
I assure you, the reader, that my review isn't a reflection of my emotional response. I've had a few years to calm down and review the experience. I sincerely hope that by now the staff have found some stability and a much heart."

"My dog was not anxious when I retrieved him and reasonably behaved which has been a problem with other boarding facilities in Seattle area that I've used before. But their prices are excessive. Especially when you consider that I provided his food for the entire stay. The boarding facility was clean and fresh The staff was cordial and professional. Bit it's expensive."

"As a cat sitter here in Seattle, I regularly solicit feedback from my clients about the veterinarians they use. Furthermore, I've had occasion to work with many vets, because I take care of a lot of elderly and ailing kitties.
So many people recommended that I started taking my own three cats there five years ago. I cannot rave enough about their services. These are consummate professionals, from the people at the reception desk, to the techs, to their awesome vets.
What I look for in a veterinarian are the following attributes: an obvious love of animals, a grasp of the latest information and tools in veterinary science, the ability to diagnose and successfully treat even obscure, unusual maladies, the willingness to work as a "partner" with the pet owner in the care of their beloved pet.
The vets at Northwest Animal Hospital embody all of these qualities and more. They are always available to answer my questions and concerns and respond quickly to my phone calls; they are exceedingly kind to my pets and to me. Through their example, I have become a better pet-owner.

"He is an example of someone who really gives back to the community. He is very patient and thorough and has a wonderful staff. He has a lovely bedside manner with pets. He took my dog when it was very ill and it stayed here for 2 weeks and kept in good touch with us and went out of his way to be supportive and kind and I just love him. He is very reasonably priced."
