I wasn't in a big hurry, so no big deal. 2 weeks passed. I called again. Was told they'd check, and get back to me. No call. I emailed and called to leave a message. No return call. I'm sure they're better at upholstery than they are at communication, but wow."

I realize I spent as much on this project as I would have on new furniture, and I certainly wish it had been a bit less spendy. But I just didn't feel like the big box stores offered me enough options, so I decided to benefit from the large fabric selection and "buy local." It worked for us; I think we can count on another fifteen years with these furniture pieces. And I'm happy not to have contributed a sofa and loveseat to the landfill."

She suggested Friday for her to be there at 11:00 A.M. At 11:15 A.M. I called

They helped pick a wonderful fabric. The order took a week or so longer than quoted. They came and installed it. It looks and feels great. I would definately use them again."

Afterward she gave us a bid over the phone with an overall price for each project that she said included everything (coverings, foam, labor, tax, etc.). was not following the details of the projects (like when we decided together at a meeting to go with box cushions for the bench seat, then she tried to charge us weeks later for extra fabric to cover the cushion bottoms). did deliver the booth for free. One issue was that grommets were not installed on the lower (seat) bench cushions even though that was in the quoted price. Their installer questioned whether the grommets were needed for cushion breathability and installed vents instead. This change was never discussed with us ahead of time and resulted in two additional trips to their store to get grommets installed.

"We're very pleased with the service. I sent a picture of the sofa to company and she told me how much fabric to buy. Once the fabric arrived, we agreed upon a pickup date. They were happy to work around our vacation dates so that we wouldn't be without a sofa while we were home. The day before we went on vacation they picked up the sofa, and 11 days later when we returned home, they dropped off the sofa. It looks GREAT, the seams and piping are straight, the cushions were rebuilt and are crisp and square. Once they picked up the sofa they told us that it would be best if they rebuilt the cushions from scratch, which was an additional charge of about $150, but we agreed to it because the original cushions were over 7 years old, and were saggy. We could have purchased a new sofa for less than $2k (fabric plus labor), so the price is definitely high, but we loved this particular sofa, and it will last many years with our high quality fabric."
