"The crew arrived on time at 8:30 a.m. and were finished at about 10:30 a.m. Both trees were up against a chain link fence, but that didn't faze the crew. They cleaned up the area well, but forgot to put the gate and a small section of fence back in place.. They did forget to leave the chips, but that isn't a big deal. There were two sections of firewood about 6' long that weren't cut all the way through, so I had to finish cutting them with a bow saw. "

"I was satisfied with the company's service, coming out three times in 2010 to treat a tree for an insect infestation. The person who came out to assess the tree was nice, as was the person who came to spray the tree. What I am unhappy about it is my difficulty getting the company to stop trying to come out to continue to spray. In May 2010, I agreed to having them come out three times over the May-August 2010 period to spray the tree. We never discussed having them come out in 2011, and I assumed that the insect problem was taken care of, but that if it continued in spring 2011, I would call them then. However, I started getting phone calls in spring 2011, with messages left on my home voicemail, saying that someone would be out the next day to spray my tree. By the time I get home in the evening, their office is closed. I have left messages repeatedly on their answering machine in the evening after I have gotten their messages on my voicemail, talked with one of their sprayers in person, and even sent them a written notice saying that I want to wait and see if there is any evidence of insects before I call to arrange a repeat spray and that I want them to come only if I call to request this, yet I continue to get messages on my voicemail saying someone will be out the next day. I find this very aggravating."

"They have come out a couple of times. They came out and gave one quote at first and I was very impressed with the initial interaction, but then, the second person came out to review the job again and said that the quote seemed a bit low. So I didn't feel like they were professional, because they were not consistent about the quote. The original guy didn't call me back and apologize and didn't tell me that they would honor the original quote. It was just misleading and that's why I had problem with moving forward with them. "

"Very well. I wasn't sure if they were coming morning or afternoon and had expected a call to let me know, otherwise I was really happy with their work. About 5 guys showed up, did the work, pruned and chipped and cleaned up completely afterward. They used a bucket truck, hand saws, and pruners - worked really quickly. They also chipped a pile of wood I had in our yard from when I pruned two of the trees a year ago (saved me a trip) and also chipped a pile of limbs from my neighbor's yard that were piled out in front near our yard. She just lost two large limbs in a recent windstorm and hadn't gotten around to dealing with them as she had just moved in. I would definitely recommend their work to others."
