I'd used
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
before for Gutter Cleaning and had a fantastic experience, so I did not hesitate to call The
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
back for window cleaning this time. This is the first time I got the
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to clean my windows. Overall, I would still work with this company again, but I wanted to provide feedback on the specific employee who came to clean my windows as I know
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
pays attention to these reviews. Punctuality, Quality and Professionalism was not great
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
showed up 30 minutes past the time window I was told to clean my windows. The scope of the work provided on the invoice and estimate was to clean windows on the inside and outside of the house, including the deck glass. He did not speak English very well and I had a new baby and relatives in the house, so tried to explain to him that if there were issues with reaching some windows on the inside, to skip them. He seemed troubled by this, and clarified that his scope of work was to clean windows inside and outside, and asked for my permission to deviate from the scope of work. I agreed. The result: My windows were partially cleaned, the deck glass not cleaned at all, and when asked,
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was rude and grudgingly told me there was nothing he could do as the "dirt" was on the insides of the glass. A few things struck me as unprofessional: 1)
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
left without checking in with me or letting me know that he was done. I had to go outside to ask if he had completed the work as he was packing up, and point out that he had missed cleaning the inside of one very accessible window. He grudgingly came back and did it in a hurry. 2) I asked specifically if he had cleaned the insides and outsides of the basement windows as I did not see him go downstairs at any point. He said that he had. After he had left, I noticed that he had missed out literally all the windows on the east side of the house. This was after he pointed out the one basement street side west facing window had a screen (which was installed from the outside) that he claimed could not be removed without difficulty and hence could not be cleaned from the outside. He did not make any attempt cleaning the inside of the same window, but I get there was an access issue (which he did not point out). 3)
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
only ended up cleaning the insides of the windows that I pointed out, which were the high floor to ceiling glass windows I paid extra in the estimate for, as well as the glass on the deck doors in my kitchen. I was not expecting to point out the windows that *needed* cleaning, my expectation was to allow the omission of cleaning windows that had access issues. 4) When I asked why there were still spots left on my windows (which did not happen with previous cleanings), he rudely pointed out the dirt was collecting on the inside of the glass (between the glazing) and he definitely cleaned the insides and outsides of the glass. I had a

infant in my arms and could not follow him around the house to verify the work, but definitely expected better and more polite service!
I get that there was a misunderstanding about the window cleaning on the inside of the house, but I could not find any reason why the deck glass was not cleaned at all (I was home and did not see him at any point take action on the deck glass), and the windows on the basement floors also untouched and still dirty. There were cobwebs stuck to the glass, I hardly believe that the windows were cleaned as he said they were. I also would recommend that a service performed to specifications signature be obtained from the client prior to the crew leaving the house. Thanks

I was interested in a getting the deal for the roof but wanted an estimate first since I have a very steep pitch to the roof and also
wanted a new roof on the detached garage.
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, the owner and CEO of the company came the next day to do an
estimate. Right away I knew this was a company I wanted to work with. He was on time, super nice, easy to work with, and gave me a no-pressure estimate at a very reasonable price. His schedule also worked well with when I was planning to be out of town. I had called other companies to get estimates, but their schedule didn’t work or they waited forever to get me an estimate. I signed with
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
the day after the initial meeting and gave a 50% deposit check.
Every contact with the company has been easy and professional. From scheduling the dumpster, to the day of the work, to the power-washing. I was out of town for the roof install, but my neighbor enjoyed taking photos for me of the progress. All the photos had captions such as, “looks great!!” and “how pretty!.” When a member of crew came a few days later to power wash, the guy was super nice and did a fantastic job. The house is sparkling, he even hosed down my car (thanks!).
After the new roof was installed, there was some cosmetic issues with the trim, there were some ugly gaps where the house met the new roof. I have a very old house (1908), so there was a bit of rot in places and areas that didn’t

correctly; all of which they took care of.
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
even had his team come and give me new trim. He even called later in the day, rather excited, to see if I had been home yet to see how great it looked. He was extremely proud of the work of his excellent crew, and told me that he felt it was his job to “make me happy.” I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
showed up early and had the job done in less time than he had estimated. He was extremely thorough and coated the roof with zinc to keep the moss down without my having requested it. He also made sure that the over spray that landed in the parking lot was cleaned up.

of the
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
responded promptly and professionally to our request for a bid. We noted that our home has *old* aluminum siding, so pressure washing had to be done very carefully. And they were careful. Front porch was done to prep for painting - this was done very nicely. Crew also took great care with the landscaping. We added a bit of $ to pressure wash the back deck when they had a little extra time. And again, they did this carefully -- no mud splashes or gouges. When it turned out the
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
crew had extra time in the day -because of a last minute cancellation, I think- they did the outside AND inside of the windows! The gentlemen who constituted the crew were very personable and polite. And all is bright, inside and out.

The crew showed up as appointed. The tear-off went quickly and the weather cooperated. The day of tear-off the crew even installed part of the new roofing. The next day they worked late and got most of the new roofing installed, not sure, but I suspect not all the crew came to work that day. It didn't take long the last day to finish the roofing job. It looks good and clean-up was good.
The gutter man quickly took down the old gutters and installed new ones. I misunderstood the initial work order, new downspouts weren't included, guess they thought the old ones were still good. But the old downspouts didn't fit the new gutters so new downspouts were also installed at no additional cost.
There was additional work required, like a little rework on the chimney to accommodate the flashing and trimming siding on a "
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
" to accommodate flashing; all at no additional cost to me.

It was okay, but they didn't show up on the date they'd first agreed so I had to stay home a second day. They also didn't apply the anti-moss treatment until I asked about it as they were about to leave, so they had to climb back up on the roof to get apply it using my ladder. They also didn't spray the mess off the windows that came off the roof, and when I asked about it the guy said, "I didn't think you'd want that." Of course I did, so he had to go back and do that, as well, after he had packed up to leave.
- Dennis S.

They were diligent about scheduling and actually seemed to care about the timing with fall leaves/rain. I wasn't present during their visit, but it looked like they did a good job and were very neat, which was great since they came the day before my Thanksgiving dinner with guests.

They did a really great job, it had been a long time since the roof and gutters were cleaned so there was a ton of debris/moss. They cleaned up everything that flew off the roof too. Great work, quick, comprehensive.

I've used the
Seattle Roof Cleaners Provider Name Locked
a couple of times. The first time was about six months ago, and the second just a couple of months ago. Communication was great, the owner called me to make sure the job fit into the specifications of the Angie's deal, which he confirmed when I texted him some pictures of the house, and he quickly setup an appointment. I got home to find the person was early, and had started cleaning the gutters. He was very friendly and professional, and assured me he would shake out the downspouts also. The second time, I couldn't be home for the job, but I'm hoping they did as thorough a job as the first time. I would definitely use them again. I get the sense from the owner that if I had been dissatisfied with something, they would have made sure to rectify it. But luckily, I didn't have to test that theory.
