Real Estate reviews in Seattle

Great. We ordered 3 guys and their 26 ft. truck and the guys were punctual, professional and hustled! It was a hot day and they were visibly sweating. Really appreciated that the guys worked hard and they were reasonably priced. There was a small ding to our stair

we found after the move, but we easily patched it up with some wood filler, so not dinging them on that. Overall, would recommend these hardworking fellas.

Eventually I found someone on Craigslist that came over and disassembled the large wardrobe, moved it to another room and reassembled the piece. It was hard work and the guys did a good job.

Loaded an unloaded truck in less time than the estimate. All three movers worked efficiently and quickly. Some minor damage to an old pressboard cabinet.

It was very easy and efficient to schedule the service. The initial contact was great. The subcontracted local moving company who picked up the goods was great. Friendly, fast and efficient. Once

took over, it was all downhill. They were very hard to get in touch with. I left several messages and talked to several people and they always promised to call me back with a drop off date. They never did and they guarantee 24 hours advance notice of drop off. I was very clear that I had to get parking permits. I did not get a call until the morning of the delivery as I was headed out the door to work. Luckily, I had someone to stay home and wait for the delivery.
Finally the delivery comes and guess what, large items were missing. The driver had to come back that night and drop off more items. We had to make several calls to ensure he was coming back. He literally called when he was down the street.
Then, we unpacked. I had more broken items than I have ever had before. We are also missing a table and chairs which I promptly reported.
After this, they called multiple times to see if I got someone else's goods. They happened to be the same goods I was missing. They were simply not organized. I called back to find out where my merch is and to no avail.
I now have to fill out the damage paperwork and we will see how that experience goes.
The goods clearly changed hands multiple times. This is the worst move I have ever had.

and his crew were fabulous, young and energetic. They used two moving trucks and 5 guys. This combination worked really well for our local move. I highly recommend them. I hope I never have to move again but I am in love with

I am in the process of taking this company to SMALL CLAIMS COURT-
We hired them to move the contents of a one bedroom condo. Once the truck was packed the movers realized they locked their keys in the truck so they had to wait for their manager to bring new keys (that cost me time while they sat and waited). The condo our daughter was moving into required that someone stay at the entrance and open the door for the movers. My daughter's year old $1200 couch was heavily damaged due to the movers placing it on its end and moving it on a rough surface damaging the leather. This happened to both ends of the couch. There is also a slight tear in the leather. The couch was covered with shrink wrap but I believe when it was placed in the elevator they pivoted it to get it in or out and that caused the damage. They obviously moved it without placing a blanket under it.

are very poor business men. When I contacted
Seattle Real Estate Provider Name Locked
he offered $150.00 to fix the couch. He said because of the insurance box that was checked he could only offer me $.60/lb. This is about IRRESPONSIBILITY OF AN OWNER'S CONTENTS. This is after the two movers ACKNOWLEDGED they damaged it. He said they were sorry but could only offer $150.00. I sent
Seattle Real Estate Provider Name Locked
an email with NO RESPONSE. Wow, what a way to run a company!!!
The couch will cost a lot more than the $150.00 to repair - I tried to reach an agreement through The Dispute Resolution Center of King County. The center sent a letter at the end of June - A voicemail left on 7/10/2014 - an email to

They continue to have NO RESPONSE. I'll see them in small claim court, I have no other choice……..

, the owner, personally performed the work and did a good job. It was obvious that he knows alot about pool tables and how to set them up right. I had many questions as the work proceeded, and he patiently answered them all. I learned alot during the set up that will help me maintain the table in top notch playing condition. At several points during the set up, he paused to make sure I was happy with what he had already done before proceeding. I was impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely hire him again to repair, move, and set up a table.

The initial contact with
Seattle Real Estate Provider Name Locked
was by telephone. We quickly switched to e-mail dialogue after I logged on to their website. We were able to fix on a definite appointment for the service along with a schedule for a '17-foot truck and two movers a week in advance. All of this was based upon my providing a description of the size of the condo and a fairly detailed list of items to be moved. No site visit or estimate was done and I felt that, because this was to be a fairly small move, these were not necessary.

's advertised rate was $ 100/hour and I felt, although this might be a bit

high side, it might be worth it based upon the company's high rating by Angie's list members. Moving day came and all went extremely well and smoothly. The movers arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were professional and cheerful. They had Dolly's, hand trucks, wrapping plastic, padding, and tarps to cover the condo's carpeted hallways. They were done with pick-up and loading of the truck in two hours and we proceeded to the drop-off location. Delivery of all items, placement of furniture and boxes per our instructions, and wrap-up took a little over two hours, mostly because of elevator problems at the drop-off location. Again, very cheerful, helpful, and professional work by the two young movers. Total final cost was $ 500 after a $ 50 discount for Angie's List members was applied. Note:

other end for the truck's return to its facility. In our case this amounted to thirty minutes on each end for a total extra of one hour. We were very pleased with this service and would definitely use the company again without hesitation.

Everything went great. Our move was challenging in that it included some very heavy furniture antiques, a piano, some other heavy items, and many fragile items, all to be carried down two flights of stairs and down a long driveway.

and his crew were very efficient and hardworking throughout the day, and they took professional care in all that they did. It took longer than originally estimated due to the need to pack very tightly and efficiently into the available Pods to maximize the storage space and keep the contents secure. I had underestimated the Pods capacity, but they readily arranged to store the remainder in their own 'vault' at nominal cost for monthly rental and delivery back, so we were not delayed. I hired 3 but they brought 4 for no extra charge, in light of the heavy items and stairs challenges. I plan to hire them for the move-in and for future moves. They've earned their high rating.
