"My main problem with Olympic is the staff; while we tried to maintain the tub, the staff at
Seattle Pool Cleaners Provider Name Locked
Ave. bordered on rude; the one woman we regularly worked with was abrupt; often obsessed with her physical complaints rather than our hot tub issues; regularly used vulgar language; showed disrespect toward some populations; and was generally dismissive if we did not understand what she said the first time. Basically, each time we went home with a 'solution' from her, I had to call the service department the next week to get a 'translation' of what she was saying-in other words, we couldn't get any usable advice from her. Most of our maintenance required two or three extra efforts, when really she could have helped us with one. When we decided to replace the tub, we ended up thinking the combination of the expensiveness of what Olympic had to offer (1-2 thousand dollars more than the competition) combined with the idea we would have to work with her to maintain the tub, would be a deal-breaker. We went with another company (Aquaquip) that in our experience is much easier to deal with."

"My husband and I are pool owners and were having issues with our pool filter. We called

expecting the worst and were prepared to spend $200+ on having someone come out, give us a bid, and perform the work. When I called, however, the person I spoke to asked a few questions about the problem we were experiencing and gave us pointers on how we might be able to fix the issue ourselves. Sure enough, it worked! I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Despite the fact that they didn't receive a dime from us, they were willing to help, and we will certainly be using them for future pool service!"

"Norm was fantastic to work with over the phone and did a phenomenal job (even in the pouring rain) in cleaning our hot tub. He was knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend him to others. "

"We had purchased a house with a hot tub built into the the rear deck sometime in the late 1980's, which was mostly functional. After 2 years the main pump quit functioning. After deciding that it would be much cheaper to fix them replace we starting looking for someone to do the work. After contacting several spa dealers in town that listed that they did service, Spa Doctor was the only company that was willing to service

regardless of what make it was. They listened to what we wanted to do and afford several suggestions about what would be the best way to do it. They provided prompt, quality service with a friendly attitude. Within a couple of hours of there first visit they gave us the exact total that we payed for the service that was completed the day after they received the parts.

is a superb carpenter and his finished work is excellent. He is very professional, responsive and courteous. His attention to details and neatness (of work area) are remarkable. All in all we are very satisfied with this entire remodeling experience and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a superb remodeling job.

"I called Norm when I found him on Angie's List. His price compared VERY favorably to the price offered by the store where we purchased our Hot Springs spa. Even though it was about 2PM the day before Thanksgiving, Norm lives in Maple Valley, and he was heading out of town for the weekend. He drove to our home in

that afternoon to clean our hot tub. We agreed beforehand that I didn't care if he completely finished the job - just getting most of it done would be worth his standard charge to us. He arrived quickly despite commuter traffic, asked me about electrical and water hookups, and went to work. It was nearly sunset, but he worked fast and got the job completely done. He apologized for not cleaning the eucalyptus stains as thoroughly as he would have liked, but my husband said he'd never seen better. We are so pleased with his work that we will probably contract with him for monthly cleaning. He went to extraordinary lengths to provide excellent service in a timely way."

"They were amenable to negotiation on the price and luckily I got in on their 30th anniversary sale. They were prompt, efficient, and reliable. It was going to be a surprise for our 30th wedding anniversary and they were absolutely wonderful with keeping it a secret. I would not hesitate to refer someone to this company, who honestly take care and are not at all pushy."

"Norm has been cleaning our outdoor hot tub for nearly a year now and his service is excellent. He calls in advance to remind you of the service and then always documents the work he has completed and anything we should watch for. During his first visit he thoroughly explained the work he does and asked use about our usage of the tub. He restocks the chemicals he uses and at great prices. Thanks to Norm we get to enjoy our hot tub and not worry about the on-going maintenance."

's service was timely and fairly priced. It took slightly longer than I planned to get an appointment since the summer is their busy time. In addition to replacing a broken pump, I asked to relocate the pump itself which they accommodated very neatly and within the price of the estimate. There aren't a lot of pool companies in the Seattle area, and these guys do a good job."

"The Spa Cap arrived on schedule and was as easy to install as promised on the web site. Beyond that, though, it is everything as promised and more. It is light weight (an air bladder instead of a hard foam cover) and an incredible insulator. I certainly wish I had discovered this product many years ago as the old foam covers are heavy and expensive. This is the same price or less, but looks to last many, many years. It is well made (custom to our specs) and I had the choice of many, many colors."
