"Rich and his team from hand dug a 12ft trench to
replace a broken sewer line. The estimated depth of the break was 8ft
but because of the nature of the break and the complicated nature of
having to tie into the side sewer he had to dig deeper and do more
extensive work then anticipated. Even with this additional work he was
within 20% of his estimate. He handled all aspects of the work,
permit, inspection, clean up, and sewer scoping. Would recommend
without hesitation. "

" unclogged the drain of the basement sink, had to send his "snake" down 30 feet to do so. Apparently lint from the washing machine had stopped it up. He also fixed a bathroom faucet that had a very slow leak in it by replacing a few parts. He was on time, did the work quickly, cleaned it up well and actually remembered something about my interests that we had talked about last time he was here, perhaps a year ago. I was very impressed with him on that visit and was similarly impressed on this one."

"He was prompt and got there at around 12:30. The house was built in 1962 so a lot of the plumbing and electric wiring are older, hence the modifications. He was very nice and polite. Since we aren't plumbers (that's why we hired him) we thought he did a very good job."

"When the contractor was trying to fix the cartridge he cracked the marble around the bathtub. I contacted them again and they are trying to take the blame off the contractor. They are not being responsible about the problem and blaming everything on me. I wish I would have never contacted them to come out. I am going to have to take them to court to get this issue resolved."
