Customer claims Seattle photographer slow to finish photos

"Colleen Pfeilschiefter of Colleen Photographic Productions took my daughter's first year portraits at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of age.

"At the end of the child's first year, she was to compile the selected photos from each session and create a customized baby album.

"I am still waiting for the baby album, which has been paid in full, because she required a full payment up front due to its customization. It has been more than 10 months, and she has not returned our calls or e-mails."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the baby album and feel I deserve a partial refund of $600."

"My client ordered a large custom-designed album with many photos. I provide the best in quality portraiture and am a perfectionist with my images, applying artwork to each one."

"This entails time, in addition to the printing and binding of the book.

"I have communicated to my client that the album is in production, and I will call them as soon as it's ready. This project has taken longer than I anticipated, and I am sorry for distressing my client.

"This has my utmost attention, and I will deliver the album as soon as possible."
