"The woman who came to my home to watch my cats seemed to be new to the business. She was was very pleasant and good with the cats, but she seemed to be more comfortable with dogs. She was fine in every way except that even though I asked her specifically not to put the soiled cat litter in the toilet and to put it in the bags provided next to the litter ...more box, she put the litter in the toilet anyway. After a few days she realized her mistake. She cleaned my toilet as best she could, but unfortunately the gummy clumps of cat litter got stuck in other parts of the plumbing in my condo building. A plumber had to be called. I think that was a rookie mistake, and I don't believe she would ever make that mistake again, but it was very disconcerting when it happened."
