Pest Control Reviews in Seattle

After doing a thorough exam of outside and inside , they gave us a lot of info on what to do. They recommended trimming bushes that would keep the rodents from climbing up to roof. They recommended adding a small
door at the entrance of the crawl space. The work was done promptly at a very reasonable cost. A good outcome and we would recommend using this company.

Our experience with these guys was basically mass miscommunication.
Via email I asked for a bid for someone to come out and take care of the many outdoor rats we're seeing in our yard. I got a reply that seemed automated with no reference to outdoor rats -- it was a summary of the kind of work they'd do to inspect and seal up the house and set traps in the house and said it would cost $400. I responded that I was only interested in outdoor work. I got a reply that again seemed like maybe the person hadn't read my email. He said actually he made a mistake and the price would be $200 and would include tamper resistant bait stations outside the house and that a 7-10 day follow up was included in the price.
I said great, sign me up. We scheduled an appointment for some time between 3 and 5 on Friday. The guy called at right around 3 and said he'd be at the house around 3:20.
I have a dog who isn't always friendly to people working around the house so I took her out and left my husband with the rat guy. Shortly after the guy arrived, my husband called to tell me that the guy showed up and said that he didn't have any outdoor traps with him so couldn't do any of that. I asked my husband if they guy said he'd come back and do that another day but the guy hadn't said that.
So I called the main office. I was told that they offer two services -- one is for the house and another is for exterior work. There's no such thing as a 7-10 day follow up to check outdoor traps. If you want outdoor traps you have to sign up for a recurring monthly plan.
No mention of that in the emails to me! The woman on the phone was super nice. She put me on hold and was able to look up my string of emails. She said she was confused and didn't know why the guy had quoted me that random price and random work.
Meanwhile, back at the house, the guy had set traps in the attic. I told the woman on the phone I didn't plan to pay $200 for the work since it didn't include what they told me it would include. Since the guy said he found evidence of rats in the attic, I said I was fine with leaving the traps there and paying some amount of money for the work but not $200. She said she didn't have the authority to work out the price and that I should call on Monday.
She was super nice. I said, sure, ok. I asked if they typically bill people or if the guy was going to ask my husband to write him a check. She said she would call the guy at my house and let him know the plan so that he didn't try to charge my husband.
When I got home, my husband said that after the guy got the call from the woman in the office he got kinda huffy, went up in the attic and removed all the traps! And then left.
Sounds like bad information and miscommunication all around. I'm sorry that the guy came out here and worked and no one gets paid. But I felt like it was a bait and switch. I was promised one thing and given something else entirely. And since he removed the traps, despite what I'd agreed with the woman on the phone, I didn't really know what to do. I didn't end up calling them back because I'm not sure what I would have said. I surely wasn't paying them anything. And I didn't want to use them at all for other services.

Pest Control reviews in Seattle

Two guys came out and applied bait around the house, indoors and outdoors. They asked questions to evaluate the situation and also answered all my questions, providing good advice to prevent the ants from coming back. The service was first-rate and professional and the results were great. We also got a discount through Angie's List.

She was incredibly thorough and discovered where mice were entering my house. She checked the house upstairs and in the basement. She checked the entire perimeter of the house, using a gloved hand to even feel under the siding. She crawled into a space under the side of the house to look and up on the roof too. Then she wrote up several estimates to take care of the many problems I have, one for taking care of where the mice are coming in, one for new chimney caps, and one to secure an area under one portion of the roof where rodents could enter. She also gave me a quote for putting insulation under a portion of the kitchen that doesn't have any. All in all, very impressive, and the prices seemed fair. I can't afford to fix everything at once, so I appreciate having separate quotes.

Pleasant conversations with sales and appointment staff. Technician was scheduled to come out next day. Technician precalled to confirm arrival. He reviewed the scope of work with me prior to starting and reviewed the work with me upon completion. He was very careful to avoid contact with my food garden. Pleasant, professional experience.

My house had a fairly advanced termite infestation. I called four companies for bids.

's was competitive. I had to ask a number of questions on a number of occasions by email and phone; they were always quick to respond and super helpful with the information. I had initially intended to go with a different company at the same price, but

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. The inspector came out and was right on time, within minutes of the scheduled time. He was very polite and professional and explained all aspects of the service. Provided me with a clear description of steps I could take to mitigate the problem as well as showed me the area's that were of concern.
Overall I would highly recommend them and will be having them back in the fall to perform additional mitigations and treatments.

We have a very old home that came with an open door policy to rodents (rats). Once they had established an entry point they let the whole neighborhood know. We purchased our home ten years ago, and
Seattle Exterminators Provider Name Locked
was at our house a lot that first year. It was complicated finding out how they were getting in, but once that tiny access point was discovered we haven't had a problem.
Our quarterly maintenance involves servicing bait stations on our roof and the perimeter of the house (yes they are depleted every time), and treating for crawling insects. I have also called over the years for concerns with things like bees, and the company has always scheduled a visit within a day.
Every employee has been, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I like them all very much. I have no doubt we will continue to use them until we sell our home. I highly recommend them, and have nothing but good things to say about every employee and the company.

They did what they said they'd do but it was extremely minimal. Put foam on only one side of the house and during the second visit did not trim it as promised during first trip. Set two traps that were not in the crawl space and removed when they came back for the second time. I received no real detail on how bad it was, which as it turns out was closer to a rat infestation and in a week the smell was unbelievable. On the second visit he did not mention that the rat traps would not be effective due to the activity that had happened in the basement removing insulation and dead rats. No follow up discussion or conversation to ensure they stayed out of the basement.

He was punctual and did a great job. No problem going in the attic. He said he saw rat droppings, but didn't try to up sell me, which I appreciate. He was very friendly and professional. They always answered my calls and things went very smoothly. Thanks so much!
