" came to my home to treat for Odorous ants. His explanation of
services he would provide was outstanding. He was very thorough and
answered all of my questions honestly.
I would recommend and United to my friends just based on my
experience with him and the office person I spoke with on the phone."
A
" was punctual, quite thorough and quick on the quote. Their price was the best of the other quotes I got for the removal, but I decided to go with another company who did a number of other things for just a bit more money. I would say that if you just need your residence cleaned out, you won't beat these guys on price, especially with the Angie's List discount. The only thing I would say negative is that the pricing for their duct cleaning service was on the high side."

Seattle Exterminators Reviews

"I had rodents in a crawl space. They did the inspection, I fixed all the perimeter holes, and they came back 2 more times to check and reset the traps. We didn't find anything in the traps, so the exterminator said that his presense in the crawlspace probably scared them off/disturbed their scent. And since we closed off the holes, there was no way for them to get back in. So I can't really comment on the total effectiveness because they didn't have to really do much, but the man who did the work was very professional and explained everything. I've also purchased products from them for insects at their store, their staff is helpful, the only negative is I feel they are a little pricey."

"They update traps every two monthly. They initially came because we had a problem when a rat had got inside the house. Now I don't really interact with them because I know they show up every couple of months to replenish the traps and they report on it to me. The first phase was making sure that we eliminated any opportunities for the rats to get into the house about a year and a half ago. Then they identified five locations. I'm very pleased with the price, quality and the responsiveness of their work. Then we went on a maintenance plan given that we know there are rodents that are around our property."

;">We have a quarterly plan with them. They are very knowledgeable and they tell me what is needed without trying to sell too much. They are very targeted in their approach. This recent problem was ants in the kitchen and I thought they would spray the entire kitchen. They took the time to locate where the ants were coming from and they just sprayed that particular site instead of blasting the whole kitchen. They are careful not to overdo the treatment and I appreciate that a lot. I think their price is competitive and I am happy with their service."A
"I was able to reach Cascade right away and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day for both the bed bug inspection and estimate for quarterly exterior spray services. The inspector ( ) was very nice and professional and did a very thorough check of our entire home, including the attic and crawl space. Thankfully he didn't find any evidence of bed bugs but left traps for us to put out just to make sure. Turns out we had nothing to worry about, but the inspection definitely put our minds at ease. He also explained in detail what we need to do for regular maintenance and what wouldn't be necessary and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We will definitely be using Cascade for our regular pest prevention in the future."

"All went very well. They were a little later than the scheduled time but nothing to complain about. They worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. The estimated time was to take about 5 hours but they were done in just over 3 hours. We are very satisfied!"

"Let me first say that the techician that showed up from United was terrific He was very professional, extremely knowledgable and in all ways a first class expert. His work was certainly worth the amount that United charged me. The problem I had was that I was told there was no charge for estimates and then I just got a bill out of the blue.
Some of the pest services on Angie's list say that they have free estimates, but it isn't acutally true. It's only free if you end up using their service where they will then apply the fee they charged you for the estimate to the amount of the service.
I chose United because I thought that they were different in this regard. I called and set up an appointment and asked about the fee, I was told that there would be no fee at all for the estimate. I even called back later to ensure that this was true (this was after I had called a few of the others and found out about the free not really being free thing) and I was told again that the estimate was free.
The technician came, as I stated above, and did a stellar job. However, what he found was that the rodents were no longer an issue and that what the contractors had found were signs of an old infestation. He gave me some instructions for how to prevent a future infestation and was on his way since I would not be needing any further services. I would have happily paid on the spot for the relief in knowing that there was not a current problem in the house. But when I got a bill several weeks later I was pretty irritated that the communication of the same "free" not acutally free thing wasn't communicated to me either of the 2x times I called United or during the technician's visit.
The serivce is worth the price so why not just be upfront about the charges?"

"I contacted Services on wednesday and they said they could help me the next day.
I needed them to come friday and they were able to schedule me fri. The inspector arrived on time.
He went around the house so that I could let him know where I thought the squirrel getting in.
He pointed out other areas that he would check for other entry points. He completed the workin
about an hour and a half. He then explained everything he did. and let me know that I would be
contacted in a couple of weeks to schedule to have the hole with the one way door. We wanted to
make sure the squirrel was not trapped inside.
I would call on Daminion Pest Control Services for any of my Pesty problems."

"Crawl space was compromised by rats. Insulation and vapor were in pieces. The three man crew took five days to completely encapsulate the crawl space. They removed all old insulation, vapor and any debris that was there. They leveled the ground and vacuumed underneath the sub floor, along the foundation ledges and generally cleaned everything. They inspected for any structural problems or infestations of insects, water damage, moisture problems with mold, mildew. They sealed any possible entrances into the crawl space they could find. They then covered the entire crawl space with a reinforced solid heavy gauge meshed plastic liner. This is sealed to the walls and floor and all post piers. They installed varmint proof vent covers and an entrance door. The crawl space is now completely sealed. No moisture in or out. It is dry and critter free. The owner and crew came to work on time, at the same time everyday. They were very professional and courteous. They respected the shrubs and plants around the work entrance area, so there was minimal impact. They took a short lunch break and then continued working. Though the cost was a little more than just replacing the old insulation and vapor , I feel confident that I wont ever have the problem that I had before. With the 25 year warranty, I feel good about "Encapsulation", rather than reinstalling insulation. Either way, I would recommend " " for any crawl space work."
