Ophthalmology reviews in Seattle

They do a lot of facial repair here. The surgeon who worked on me is world renowned. They are very nice and do not treat you poorly. It is a government sponsored hospital. The person that saw me gave up their lunch to treat me instead in the trauma area. They take care of you. The emergency room is huge. My husband and I have both been treated here. It is easy to get in, but you do have to understand this is a level one trauma center.

Sunday night I took off my contacts and felt something in my left eye. I tried everything to get it out, but nothing seemed to work. I figured that it would go away the next morning so I went to bed. I woke up and it was still there. I called around 9:30 am to schedule and appointment. They were booked, but said they could squeeze me in at 10:20 am. I left my office in Seattle and headed to

I got there right no time and they booked me and had me wait in the waiting room. I waited for about 15 or 20 minutes and they put me in an examination room. The optometry technician came and spent about 15 minutes taking all my information and symptoms. She was very friendly and helpful!

The Opt-Tech said that since I was a last minute add-on I had about three other patients ahead of me. I knew I was going to wait so it was expected.

After some time Dr. Vesselle came in. She was wonderful, very nice and did not rush. She spent a good amount of time with me and checked multiple probable reasons for my issue. In the end she couldn't find anything in my eye and said it was most likely dry eye. She gave me multiple moisturizing solutions for my eye and said if it didn't get better in a couple of days to come back and see her.

Over all the experience was wonderful, although my eye issue wasn't fixed.

He is excellent. I haven’t had a recent visit with him but I have known him forever. He is very well educated, very professional and does an excellent job. His communication is very good. His staff has always been very helpful. When I have called, they have been there. I

I went to see Dr.

to see if I was a candidate for
Seattle Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
. I was not a candidate for that but I was for laser PRK. I had the surgery

and his staff were great, very good communicators, prompt appointments, no surprises. I can now read the clock in the middle of the night and drive without glasses for the first time in my life.

Asked to sit down and wait.
Called to exam room.
Initial eye examination given and medical information taken by someone other than the doctor.
Taken to room where the Dr. did the exam for the prescription, and the previous medical findings and exam could be discussed.
Prescription written.
Office will notify me of next annual appointment due to tracking of eye problems in my family.

The staff was very friendly. The check in process was very easy, especially since they had the necessary forms available on line. I had everything filled out ahead of time.

took me back right on time for my appointment and did the preliminary exams. You know, the customary reading of the letters, checking the strength of my glasses, etc. She dilated my eyes and I waited a few minutes for Dr.

. He was very friendly. I had questions about high blood pressure and how it effects my vision. He did some more testing and was able to answer all my questions. I left with my prescription in hand for distance glasses. The whole visit took about an hour. It was very thorough and I left feeling like I had all the answers I needed.

Fine I have a couple of conditions relating to my age and Dr.
Seattle Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
prescribed some supplements but is watching year to year before deciding when other treatment might be needed. He's a fine doctor.

First appointment availability was 6 weeks from the day I called. Pre-surgery exam was efficient and thorough. Several choices of surgery dates, office was very pleasant and accomodating. Was notified the night before of the exact time of my scheduled surgery. Admission and prep for surgery were very efficiently handled, nurses and anaesthesiologist helpful and very pleasant. Excellent physician, Dr.

Very good service. I was checked in as a first time patient and given a full exam by an assistant, and then was given the final part of the exam by Dr.

. Both the assistant and Dr.

did a great job and were very thorough. Both were amenable to answering questions.

He is a very good ophthalmologist. He gave me information about a problem with my eyes that I wasn't aware of and I got that taken care of. He is very thorough and meticulous. His glasses lady has worked with me on a frame problem. They are a very nice office and he is a good doctor. A friend recommended him and I have not been sorry. He is not open on Fridays, which has been somewhat of a problem for me. I've been seeing him for several years. I have always been able to make an appointment. The office is very friendly and professional, but informal.

, his glasses woman, has worked with me. Both of the ladies are wonderful. He is very relaxed and friendly. The only problem I've had has been with my frames and not the doctor. His billing is excellent and they are prompt. They didn?t charge me for the problem with my frames.
