"we met with their representatives twice to formulate a plan and proposal, and during this process they were punctual, responsive and easy to work with. As the date approached to start the work they stopped returning phone calls, didn't show up on the agreed upon start date and have not been heard from again after multiple attempts to reach by phone and e-mail. Fortunately we had not yet paid money down. Essentially they just blew us off with no explanation or communication."

"We chose 
based on a referral from a co-worker who had a good experience with them. I have not commented on the price because we did not get multiple bids, but considering the diversity of tasks accomplished within a span of 4 days we felt that the price was fair. , the logistics manager, was great to work with and very responsive. We had a minor problem with a loose paver and they returned promptly to fix it. Probably the only issue we've had with the work is that the small lawn area we have (reseeded and fertilized) never grew back. Other than that, we thought they did a very nice job and we're thrilled to have a functional and attractive outdoor space in our new home."

Will gave us a quote that was exactly what we wanted to achieve, with fast service, and more reasonable rates. He was careful to set up the project well and clean everything afterward. "I sent him an email and he came over to give us a bid a few days later. It took him over a week to send us a bid and it was a bit higher than Irrigation. That may have been due to more expensive materials. I'm not sure. We liked what would have provided but liked Bill better."

"okay at first but by the time they were done i was not happy the patio wasn,t the way they said and i had to go around and tell the workers to pick up leaves and debris after the clean up when i called the office they said they would send someone out and he never showed up then i got the bill in the mail and just decided to get the whole thing over with and send the money in i should have went with a differant company i think there trying to do too many things and don't have time for a small person like me"

" did a fantastic job. He was easy to communicate with, knew his stuff (materials, what was possible), and was quick to produce a reasonable quote that he stuck to. His estimate was about in the middle of the estimates we obtained, but after calling references and getting fantastic feedback, we opted to go with him. After our previous hellish experience with a different contractor (tried to raise the price, shrink the scope, left a bunch of junk in our back yard, threatened me on the phone), it was great to work with someone as trustworthy as . The workmanship was top notch, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I would highly recommend him."

" was very responsive, flexible, professional and prompt with our estimate appointment. We did three estimates with different companies and his came back in the middle for cost, but he was able to provide more than just fixing our drainage problem. He explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the drainage and what materials he would be using. When creating our quote, he used the high end of all materials so that there was less of a of surprise on the total cost. Really personable guy and his price was totally fair. We were impressed enough to hire him, I will update with more information when the job is complete. He is set to start work on our house in 10 days.
UPDATE:
We are 85-90% done with our project and and his crew have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They're expertise has saved us some substantial money (using our old walkway to create the retaining wall) and the work has been great quality so far. The best part is that our basement is still dry and we will be able to have a real back yard that is bigger than we thought we could have. I will update again when the work is completed."
