was awesome.
His attention to detail is fantastic--he treated my home like he would his own, and performed the work to perfection! While the job took longer to complete than originally estimated, I am not at all dissatisfied with the work he did, or that he took longer.

In terms of integrity, even though
Seattle Landscape Lighting Provider Name Locked
underestimated the amount of labor and equipment, he never charged me a dime more than the estimate.

In summary, I've continued to call him for my landscaping needs, and every time he comes out, he does more than what we agree to--at no extra charge.

"A wonderful experience. We felt that the designer understood our vision and came back with a design that was exactly what we wanted. Very collaborative. The project manager kept us up to date on progress of landscaping project, they cleaned up the area and driveway at the end of each workday, our neighbors didn't even notice that the work was being done. The quality of the finished patio and walkway is superior, as well as the use of healthy, vigorous plants in the surrounding landscaping. The company also installed uplights and a couple of smaller lights. Everything looks good, very pleased. Definitely worth the price for the quality of workmanship and professionalism of the staff."

"We told him he had plenty of work for him, but on two separate occassions his girlfriend had his truck and he couldn't get to our house (from West Seattle). The next time he was complaining of back pain, after calling and saying he would be fine to work. he had to leave in less than an hour because of the pain. He is totally unreliable. You never know when he is going to show up and be willing and able to work with his truck and equipment.

He is just starting his business so you would think he would be eager for a daily job, but he is not. I would not recommend him to my friends. We only spend $100 because that is all the time he spent at our house. When he shows and is feeling fine he is a good worker .. . After a thorough internet

is an excellent and very professional company. They provided invaluable and detailed assistance in developing a design for this project based on our original, preliminary concept. Everyone we worked with was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Quite a bit of time was spent meeting with us, surveying the property, discussing options, and developing large schematic CAD drawings showing exactly what would be done. The preparation was careful and not rushed. The company provided color photos of every plant they suggested we use and samples of the pavers and stepping stones. After discussing the first proposal, we suggested some changes and a revised design was provided. Once we agreed on a final design, the actual installation work went very quickly. Their incredibly efficient and talented crew arrived early and quickly removed the sidewalk and old sod and began transforming the yard. The project was completed in less than five days. The workmen put in full days and did not waste time or leave to work on other projects. Thanks to the team at

"Excellent work. They were there when they said they'd be there, did what they said they'd do, cleaned up after the work and everything works as proposed. Ours was a fairly small job and while they were booked for several weeks on larger projects they were able to make time to meet our deadlines needs of just one week from proposal."

"Work was done professionally and expeditiously. We 'requested several changes which were handled professionally and were priced reasonably. Punch list items were handled like the rest of the job, professionally.

from NW Outdoor Lighting responded within an hour of my e-mail request for an estimate. He came out to my house, listened to what I was looking for, made great suggestions on where to put lights and options for style, and came up with a detailed plan and estimate right on the spot. He used an iPad to photograph where lights were to go.

"The owner came and did a job proposal because there were so many different little things we needed done. In the end we had different jobs done at different times. The young man who came out to do the work each time was very polite and friendly. Overall they were both very pleasant to work with. He did an especially great job with the outlet in the panel box and getting all our modem and cable things neatly stowed in there. I was really pleased and impressed with that. The only thing is that after each round of "fixes" usually at least one thing would either need to be fixed again (especially the case with the outdoor outlet) or it would just be a little incomplete. For example, one new bathroom outlet works, but it takes a lot of jiggling to get a plug into it, and really only the bottom one works; also, when installing the chandalier, two strings of beads came unattached and several glass beads fell off; he said he collected them all but I said I would restring them (cheaper than the electrician doing this part) and in then end many of the beads were not there (I eventuallly found a handful more under the bed, etc), so not really his fault, but it took forever to find matching beads and finish the job.

I will say that the last time I got a bill I mentioned that two parts of the visit were to fix things that had not been properly completed or had broken since the work had been done, and the owner reduced the bill without question, so that was very nice.
I did call them one last time because the outdoor outlet stopped working again, and they never called me back. I don't blame them, I guess. I'm sure there are better, more straightforward jobs out there. And admittedly, it was a crazy year for me so it sometimes took a couple of months before I got to my bills.

"Our experience was excellent. Trinity came out and provided an estimate that was competitive. They were also prompt and courteous. A different person did the work. A item from the proposal was left off from the work that was completed (I wasn't there at the time). I called back and a person was sent out and it was completed, no issues. We have twins and I travel a lot so our schedule is complicated and we are a bit demanding. Trinity didn't mind and worked with our schedule restraints. Great company and I would use them again.
