Not impressed with NorthWest. They are a contractor to Home Depot where we purchased the work. They were to take out the old countertops, install a hood range above the
, install a sink with plumbing, install all new appliances. I've spoken several times to their project manager and while he acknowledges stuff, the follow through isn't there. I have also spoken with the owner to share my feedback and there is still work that went not done. First, the guys put drywall on the walls but didn't check to ensure they were flat and level so when they brought in the tile guys, the tile isn't level on the wall. The project manager didn't seem to think that was a big deal. Also, the tile work, which they told me they would come back and clean up which they never have, was sloppy - chunks of grout left in the corners and the guy dumped his tile water on top of our vegetable garden. Not only that but the counter tops were installed before the tile guys came and there were scratches throughout on the marble we had installed. The company who installed the countertops had to come back and try to get the scratches out. Note, NorthWest never came back to fix any of the sloppy tile work and said it's because I have an old house (like 99% of homes in Seattle) as to why they can't get the tile to go flush on the wall. They left a nice big scratch on the front of my new stainless steel dishwasher and after charging another $250 to install our fridge after they told me they would not charge, they left a big
in it. Again, taking no responsibility for it. Finally, they did not call consistently to let us know they were coming to the house to do work. Sometimes, it was an hour before and I have a 1 year old in the house. Not a great way to operate and while most of the guys were very friendly and saw problems with the work as it was being installed, they felt they weren't authorized to do anything to fix it. Not great customer service and certainly not great delivery.

Prestige staff were knowledgeable, friendly and on time with all of their work. We enjoyed working with the company and would hire them again. The sub contractors they had working for their company were very good and did a terrific job with the installation of the bathroom floor tile, shower tile and heating element that we ordered. Prestige also has a home services division that did some odd jobs for us (arranging for a refinishing of our kitchen cabinets as well as some smaller repair work in our master bath).

We have used

's services several times for various
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
projects around our house including working on our fence, deck repairs, cabinet work in our basement and other odd jobs. This time, though, it was a major kitchen remodel.
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is a very careful and meticulous professional. He wants to make sure the job is done right so he pays attention to every detail. We had granite counter tops that we wanted to save and re-use in our remodeled kitchen. Everyone told us that it would be impossible and the granite would crack or break when it was removed. Of course it was incredibly heavy and awkward to deal with. But
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
managed to get the whole counter off in one piece, without any cracks or chips and it is now beautifully reinstalled in our kitchen. I was so impressed. I would very highly recommend

This was the project of our dreams, we had a complete remodel of the top floor and our kitchen. Kitchens Plus was amazing, our designer/sales person was super organized and creative. The craftsman were professional and skilled. They worked with me and my wife to create a slice of heaven right here in Seattle.

We live in a 1926 house and hired
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
to remodel our basement. We wanted to work with someone who had experience working with older homes because to be honest, nothing is level or plumb in a 87 year old home. These issues require accommodation and some very creative thinking, to make the finished product look right.
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his team nailed it and resolved all of my "pre-existing" issues with our house, quickly, and cost effectively.
We created: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, Laundry, Media Room and storage.
Structurally we did an Earthquake Retro-fit, removed an old chimney, leveled sloped floors to the best of our ability. Moved 2 pony walls which had popped off the sill plates and re-attached one floor joist which had been moved for a heater vent, many

We are nearly complete on this project and

has done a very good job keeping on budget and making things happen as quickly as he can.
Old homes tend to have a few surprises once you open the walls and
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was very good about giving us 2 or 3 options to consider each time we ran into an issue which needed addressing. Outside of that, he did exactly what he was suppossed to do and managed the project and sub-contractors, executing our plans and wishes at every stage of this project. He has a neat group of subcontractors he works with and all of them were hard working, and highly professional.
We have had a lot of fun working with

and we are excited to sit down with him again in a year or two to begin work on our bathroom and kitchen.

Excellent from start to finish.
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
quickly responded to my inquiry, provided a prompt estimate that was slightly better than the others we got, had a great crew who was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and masters of their craft. Throughout the process
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was a great communicator. I would recommend

to anyone, especially for kitchen/bathroom work.

This was a tricky project because the house itself is very old which makes remodels more awkward. Jemal and
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
helped us to find the most cost effective way of making those rooms usable but also nice to look at. They were also quite flexible and we were able to modify the project as we went along. Also, there were a couple of minor repairs that needed to happen after the job was completed. They were very good about coming back out after they had finished the job to make those repairs. Overall I think they did a great job at a good price. I would use them again on future projects.

Excellent! Highly recommend.
Initially I used Ed to convert a window into a French door. The work was scheduled quickly and performed very well. The work needed me to leave them alone in the house and to supervise an elderly cat (he needed to be locked in and released as Ed and Will left)
They did such a good job that when I remodeled my basement I didn't even get competitive quotes. Again a great job - with attention to detail, not being satisfied until things were right.
I subsequently had to have some repairs done to the house, and have them fix issues caused by another contractor, which they did quickly and professionally.
- Martyn C.

From the beginning, they were professional, efficient and accurate. Their bid was by far the most detailed of any we received. We were told the amount paid to the subcontractor as well as their

up on each piece. The remodel included upgrading of electrical as well as gas. Every subcontractor used was professional and timely. Things happened according to the schedule that we were given. We were given multiple subcontractor's to choose from. We were on tight budget so we needed to have frequent updated information on our budget. At the end of the project, we were on time, on budget and had a great kitchen. I would certainly use

One of the great things about
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is that he thinks a lot about a problem that you present to him. I've given him things that are unusual (I've got an old house, it has been worked on before I moved in by people who didn't know what they were doing, and it's got things in it I have no idea what they are). He checked with people at stores, looked things up on the internet, tried to find things like vents that would match the house. Also, he's very creative. I wanted to make a poorly constructed picture rail in my bedroom look nicer. I'd had other construction type friends of mine look at it, and the solutions they suggested weren't nearly as neat and efficient as the one
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
came up with. It didn't take him very long, and it looks really nice. My washing machine was leaking (I'm not saying he fixes washing machines, but since he was already in the house and it was leaking, I had him take a look) and between the two of us we figured out what was wrong (it wasn't the washing machine). He came up with another creative solution that fixed the problem without costing a lot.
