was fantastic. I'm a very harsh critic and a bit of a skeptic, but his price was the most competitive of 5 bidders, he arrived exactly on the dot on the time we'd agreed, and he finished the work in a single days as I'd requested.
Great guy, easy to deal with, and very very good work and competitive price.

Everything was great. The job took approximately 2 months. The footprint of the kitchen remained the same, and had new cabinets and countertops and sink put in. The bathroom was broken down to the studs. We worked with

, one of the two owners of

, his team, and all the subcontractors were professional, did high quality work, and were highly responsive to any concerns we had. We met weekly with

--he would bring us up to speed on the week ahead and we would give him feedback on the previous week. We were never, ever left hanging and worrying about what was going on with the job. I think probably we could have gotten the job done for less expense, but, for me, the lack of worry and knowing that the work was of the highest quality made up for spending the extra money. we've been living with the remodel now for a couple of months. Nothing has gone wrong, and we continue to be very happy with all the work that was done.

We got a bid from
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
(Norm provided the quote) for a whole house attic fan. There were problems all the way through. Once we scheduled the install date I got a call saying the fan wouldn't be ready due to delivery charges and the date would have to be moved. I stated it was not my fault they didn't order the part in time they agree to pay the expedited shipping. They didn't measure properly and the fan would not fit so they came up with a terrible solution to lower the hall ceiling. We scrapped the entire plan. I dealt with too many people at the company and received many wishy washy or conflicting answers regarding install date, invoices, who would be at the job etc. Although the workers were polite, I would not use them again. After everything, I received an invoice in the mail which seems ludicrous as no work was performed and it was due to their calculation error!

Decided not to proceed with that project. But, Divven put together a very nice bid, giving consideration to work I could do myself. I would be very happy to work with Divven again.

Avoid "handyman" service.
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's reviews and website suggests that they aim to be a high-end, multi-service provider, but they have some issues with that level of professionalism in their handyman operation. I contacted them with all details to do a small job, and I was promptly directed to their handyman services. I arranged with a handy man

B. to assess my project. I took a day of vacation to do this, and we arranged for a portion of the afternoon where the handyman would come by. He was to call me when he left his previous job and would be at my place no later than 5:00 PM but indicated it would likely be much earlier probably shortly after 2:00 PM.
I didn't even hear from him until after 6:00 PM. No call that he might be late. Nothing. I understand that things happen, traffic etc. But it turns out he simply decided to do other things at his previous work place, and didn't have the basic courtesy to even call me.
If someone is so hapless they can't even call to tell you they are running very late, and take responsibility for that, you can only imagine how the rest of it will go.

From the estimate to job completion, the project went really well. We had a couple minor issues, which they addressed right away. Jemal and his crew do great work and are very nice and professional. We're very happy with our beautiful new bathroom, and will be calling them again for an estimate when we get around to doing our kitchen.

Not impressed with NorthWest. They are a contractor to Home Depot where we purchased the work. They were to take out the old countertops, install a hood range above the

, install a sink with plumbing, install all new appliances. I've spoken several times to their project manager and while he acknowledges stuff, the follow through isn't there. I have also spoken with the owner to share my feedback and there is still work that went not done. First, the guys put drywall on the walls but didn't check to ensure they were flat and level so when they brought in the tile guys, the tile isn't level on the wall. The project manager didn't seem to think that was a big deal. Also, the tile work, which they told me they would come back and clean up which they never have, was sloppy - chunks of grout left in the corners and the guy dumped his tile water on top of our vegetable garden. Not only that but the counter tops were installed before the tile guys came and there were scratches throughout on the marble we had installed. The company who installed the countertops had to come back and try to get the scratches out. Note, NorthWest never came back to fix any of the sloppy tile work and said it's because I have an old house (like 99% of homes in Seattle) as to why they can't get the tile to go flush on the wall. They left a nice big scratch on the front of my new stainless steel dishwasher and after charging another $250 to install our fridge after they told me they would not charge, they left a big

in it. Again, taking no responsibility for it. Finally, they did not call consistently to let us know they were coming to the house to do work. Sometimes, it was an hour before and I have a 1 year old in the house. Not a great way to operate and while most of the guys were very friendly and saw problems with the work as it was being installed, they felt they weren't authorized to do anything to fix it. Not great customer service and certainly not great delivery.

Prestige staff were knowledgeable, friendly and on time with all of their work. We enjoyed working with the company and would hire them again. The sub contractors they had working for their company were very good and did a terrific job with the installation of the bathroom floor tile, shower tile and heating element that we ordered. Prestige also has a home services division that did some odd jobs for us (arranging for a refinishing of our kitchen cabinets as well as some smaller repair work in our master bath).

We have used

is a very careful and meticulous professional. He wants to make sure the job is done right so he pays attention to every detail. We had granite counter tops that we wanted to save and re-use in our remodeled kitchen. Everyone told us that it would be impossible and the granite would crack or break when it was removed. Of course it was incredibly heavy and awkward to deal with. But
Seattle Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
managed to get the whole counter off in one piece, without any cracks or chips and it is now beautifully reinstalled in our kitchen. I was so impressed. I would very highly recommend

This was the project of our dreams, we had a complete remodel of the top floor and our kitchen. Kitchens Plus was amazing, our designer/sales person was super organized and creative. The craftsman were professional and skilled. They worked with me and my wife to create a slice of heaven right here in Seattle.
