"Excellent experience; from the initial review of our yard and scheduling the crew. They showed up on time and did a terrific job. We are very pleased with the results."

"She did not complete the project ?Due to Weather? (her words), telling us it would be better to do the master bedroom windows in the summer when the window casings would have fully dried out. She had not contacted us at any time after December when the weather had warmed up. When we contacted her in the summer to come back and complete the project, she stated that we would need a new contract. The statement on her final December invoice read "Temporary hold on master bedroom windows Due to the weather - Hold on balance $200." We held the $200 balance. She stated that this ? the ?Temporary hold...,? -- constituted an amendment of the contract, concluding that agreement, and that we would have to enter into a new contract with her for the windows for $370. The total project was for $9887.85, including the windows which she valued at $200. We felt that we were entitled to have the project completed from its ?Temporary hold...? status for the original contract price of $200 that was held by us ...?on balance,? per her agreement as set forth in her final December invoice. She insisted that we needed a new contract, asserting that her ?price guarantees are offered for 30 days, not 9 months.? We declined to enter into a new contract and pay the additional money. She did not do the windows. If you make any modifications, or changes, to the agreement with her, you should make sure that you understand what the effect of those changes are and have that understanding reduced to writing."

"Barb has been doing this for years and is able to

in on a beautiful combination of colors very quickly. I am actually pretty good with color, but it would have taken me a lot of time, sampling and experimentation. There was one choice that we were not sure about, so I asked Barb to return a second time. She found time to come back and helped us adjust that one color. She was very accommodating. We were extremely happy with the service. It was worth every penny, and saved us a lot of time and deliberation."

"OMG!
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
nailed my personality completely. By asking questions and observing my surroundings she came up with colors I would never have thought to put together, but the end result is amazing and I LOVE it! The room looks more spacious with the new colors. It's warm and inviting and has a "WOW" factor. And, it's NOT gold, beige, or tan! She truly understands how to use color to create a wonderful environment."

"This firm is very responsive and will do the work they have committed to. They came into a situation in which they were able to take on a partially finished project, worked well with the architect, hired additional excellent workers as needed, had creative solutions for difficult situations and created a beautiful product."

"Our kitchen redesign and house remodel is exactly what we hoped for ? we are very pleased with the outcome of our remodel project.

?s prior experience and great design ideas instilled a high level of confidence, right from the start. We spoke with several architects and we selected
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
based on her strong ability to visualize and communicate design concepts. She listened to our preferences and ideas and came up with a vision that we could never have concepted on our own. Listening and designing to our preferences was a huge strength.
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
?s ability to help us sort through options was very helpful and her ability to bring our individual ideas together into a decision was key. She has great interpersonal skills and worked well with each of us.
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
was also flexible and worked with our non-traditional approach to managing our project. Because we were our own general contractor, she interacted with us more directly and she interjected where we needed her design assistance with a few key contractors. She was very resourceful. We especially appreciated her contractor referral and help with designing the metal stair railing, which is a significant design feature in our new space.
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
facilitated the permitting process for the plans and all subsequent permitting has gone smoothly. She provided a budget range at the beginning of the project and kept to the budget. Our new space is really wonderful ? it flows well and is very comfortable. Our friends who were familiar with our old kitchen space are in awe, contractors and guests who have never been in our home, are all impressed, and most important, we love it.

"We were DIYers on a tight timeline (203K rehab loans have a 6-month time limit) to reconfigure the kitchen and bath spaces in our new fixer-upper, and we already had some pretty firm ideas sketched out. We called
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
because we needed plans and permits pronto. In short order
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
visited the house, doublechecked our measurements, confirmed that we had come up with the best arrangement to fit our needs and the existing footprint, and set to work on drawing up our plans. In less than 48 hours we had our plans in hand. We had to visit the permitting office to get clarification on some other issues, so
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
suggested we get the permit ourselves, which saved us money. We definitely found that no job is too small for
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
. He was a great listener, encouraging, respectful of time and budget constraints, and a wealth of information. He has even cheerfully fielded our occasional follow-up questions. I look forward to working with
Seattle Interior Designers Provider Name Locked
on a larger collaboration down the road.

came and accessed our space and everything in our house. She took notes and tons of pictures. We gave her ideas that we'd seen in magazines and on the internet. She put together designs that best reflected our requests, our personalities and needs for the spaces. She came back for color consultation a few times so that we got it just right. The most impressive thing is the binder she hands over as standard issue. It's full of lots of amazing things including the drawings, pictures, samples budget sheet, resource list, and a step-by-step guide to do-it-yourself. We didn't choose to do-it-ourselves and hired it all out, but it was good to know had we chosen to do that all the things we would need to know."
