Installing equipment was easy, and when I had a few problems I called them and got immediate assistance. Installation took 30 to 45 minutes.
Finally, the other two providers I called had all sorts of other strange charges or practices that Front Point does not have. For example, one provider said I had to pay three dollars a month because Seattle had a lot of false alarms for home security systems and they had to hire a private security firm to do the initial screening. Another firm said he could give me a break on the price but he had to talk to his manager first. Really, talk to his manager – does anyone think this still works? It made me distrust the company.
Finally, I have called From Point with a few questions about how the equipment works. I was able to reach a representative quickly and the information was clear and accurate.
Based on my experience, I recommend Front Point very highly.
UPDATE 1: confirming 's excellent customer service, they have contacted me less than a day following this review. After some diagnosing we have the system working again. I will wait a few more weeks to decide whether this is fixed, however.

The system arrived on time, and the worst trouble I had with installation was getting all of my old ADT equipment un-stuck from my doors/windows (and cleaning off all of the glue).
So far, I love what I see. The system is easy to use, and as a bit of a home automation enthusiast, I am looking forward to hooking up some z-wave modules to control some lights and other appliances from my phone.
