Fitness And Health Reviews in Seattle

She has been going there for 20 or more years. She has been happy with their services, although their equipment is a little old. That is because it is an independently owned operation. It offers more personalized classes than other fitness centers.

They are community oriented. They offer personalized assistance. They offer a women only night. It is a great place to go. They are very down to earth. It is not a fancy gym. They are extremely friendly.

Fitness And Health reviews in Seattle

We are very happy with them. My husband also goes there. They are pretty no nonsense and it’s just what we need in terms of having good quality equipments. If you are looking for lot of friends than you might go to some other place but we think lot of people really need good equipment. They are open all the time and that’s appealing because that can accommodate are schedule. They do have trainers and add some additional fee for that. There are trainers if someone wants. The nice thing about them is that you might not pay for things that you

’t have any complaints and they are fine for me. They try to keep up their equipments and always there is someone to maintain things which are good. As long as they are close to where we live we would use them. Especially with the fitness gym if its close to where you live because you are likely to use them more so that was one of the reason we did select them. Other nice thing about them is that once you have gone past 30days initiation period you can use any of the fitness club that’s actually pretty appealing as well.

They provide the basic facilities and have some extra equipment, but it is not a large gym, so it may not be conducive to everybody. I have a couple of different injuries that I need to recover from, and the trainer that I use has been fantastic and has really helped me get better. The staff is great, and I have never had any issues with them at all. They are very flexible, thorough and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They have great classes, friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. It is in a historic building. You

?t appreciate these classes till you are sixty. That is when I began to learn. The Feldenkrais classes reshape your spine. It gives you exercises to improve your daily life and make you feel more comfortable. It gives you opposite of life no pain, no gain, It helps to make friends with your body in a positive way without turning into a slob. You can actually go to some place and go through a process designed for your body needs, a private session I did do that trade for one. I did not get it the way they have at the Olympic

. I am in that stage where I feel that I am so relaxed. As for the prices for what you get they are good. They have a steam room, a swimming pool, sauna, bathtub, lots of different machines and you can get trainers and tonight they have a first aid workshop and then you can get dunged in a tank next week to loose the body fat you. So they have a lot of stuff going on. You can get a monthly or yearly subscription. You will get a couple of

as a gym is just fine. The equipment is adequate, facility clean, and staff friendly enough. If you need a basic gym with fitness classes, then it's great. Good value. The problem is the personal training program, which is provided through a separate company. Some trainers are excellent, others just mediocre. There seems to be a revolving door of personal trainers, which has caused me to have four of them in one year's time. I am currently being charged for two contracts running at the same time, after being talked into signing a new one while being reassured that my old one had expired and that the transition would be seamless. Not so. The local staff will not make any adjustments you try to make with respect to your plan -- instead you must send a certified letter to an office across the country. My certified letters have never been signed for, and a phone call revealed that the address provided on the local contract is not even the correct one for correspondence to go. Additionally, there seems such pressure for trainers to sign up clients that you can't make eye contact with them if you're riding an exercise bike close to the training office because they pretend to strike up a friendly conversation with you, which leads to them trying to sell you their services -- whether or not you've already got a contract in effect. While I realize that this is a separate corporation from Mieko's, there is an implied endorsement because the training organization is housed there.

I was greeted at the front desk, and went into the amazing fitness room. The yoga class was at an excellent pace for myself and my more skilled friend. Great facility and at an excellent price.

We joined this club because it was close. Over time the physical plant deteriorated - poorly maintained shower areas, stained carpet, televisions that didn't work. The machines were often balky. There were not enough of the popular machines. The staff was unfriendly. After a while I quit going, and the conditions were unpleasant enough that I would not ever go back.

I joined this gym because they had one class that I had taken at another gym and really liked. I also tried other classes at this gym. A week after I joined, I witnessed two of the worst experiences I've ever seen at any gym. One involved an instructor who was extremely unprofessional and chose to chastise a student in front of the class rather than talk to the student about her concern in private (which I believe would have been much more effective.) The other involved a student in a VERY crowded class who was unwilling to help make room for other students (including me). Both experiences were so rude and left me feeling very unwelcome as a new member. The instructors (and many of the members) at this gym strike me as being very unfriendly. None of the instructors in any of the classes introduce themselves or inquire about new students in their classes. Even the people at the front desk seem unfriendly and unenthusiastic about welcoming people. This made an impact on me and caused me to regret becoming a member.

Fair. This facility is located in a terrific old building, and is spread out over several floors, which makes it charming, although not the most user friendly layout. I tried several different classes with different instructors (which is what I tend to use the gym for the most), as well as working out on my own with free weights, and in the swimming pool. I found most of the classes to be extremely crowded and unfriendly. My impression was that many of the existing members were not very happy about having to make room for others. The acoustics in three of the class rooms were terrible and made it very difficult to follow the instructions given. One of the spin class instructors spent the entire time walking around and yelling at us, and never once even sat on the bicycle. None of the instructors introduced themselves or made an attempt to welcome new people. The swimming pool was very crowded and required a long wait to enter a lane. Overall, I found it so frustrating that I had no interest in purchasing a membership.
