and his partner were awesome!! They provided an immediate and very reasonable estimate that was lower than others I had received. They also squeezed me in despite having appointments before and after me. They even called to let me know they would be a couple minutes late (seriously, less than 5 minutes).

They quickly installed the additional outlet in the kitchen of our 100 year old house and let us know what other electrical work would need to be done when we decide to upgrade the kitchen. They even quoted a super reasonable price for that work. Then, they got busy trying to figure out why multiple outlets in various rooms weren't working. They spent over 2 hours tracking down and resolving the problem. This included testing EVERYTHING, and crawling around our less than spacious attic. Looks like some mice had chewed through various wires in the attic. Once they figured it out, they quickly fixed it.
I think it took at least twice as long as they had anticipated to find and solve the non-working outlet problems, but they were awesome and professional from beginning to end. Anyone else would have revised the estimate, but these guys stuck with the crazy low price they had quoted for all of the work, which was about $200, even though it ended up taking close to 4 hours total.
These are the guys I will be calling when we remodel the kitchen, as well as any other electrical work we need done. Easily one of the best service experiences I have ever had!

I was looking for an electrician to install an additional outlet in my kitchen, as well as repairing a number of outlets that were not functioning. Despite a claim on their website that they answer all calls during business hours, my call was not answered so I left a message. In addition, I sent an email, to which I receive a canned reply that I would hear back by the next day, which would have been fine. I never heard back by phone or email. Pretty disappointing considering the high ratings they have on Angie's List.

instilled the greatest confidence of the bids received and definitely showed his expertise in his completion of the work assigned. Besides, finishing the work bid, he gave us great practical advise, answering my questions in great detail, and added extra finishing touches to the project that showed his care and professionalism. He also dissuaded us from additional work we inquired about, which as a big help, but also showed his ethics.

Fantastic- they were on time, professional, trouble-shooting the problems, solved the problems- then when one of the outlets they had worked on did not work I phoned and they returned within days to fix the outlet again- no charge. My husband and I strongly recommend Will and JR. We have so much experience in the construction arena and we are so impressed with the quality of this group's work. They are also extremely nice people. Professional, courteous, fair pricing, and excellend workmanship.

arrived at the appointed time. He was courteous and professional. He completed the job in about 90 minutes, cleaned the area, and scheduled the electrical inspection.

Easy made appointment. Arrived on-time. Replaced an AFCI breaker on a townhouse (after closing on the house). Made sure all electrical mechanisms were working properly. Left no mess and were in and out in about an hour. The guys knew what they were doing and very contentious of the homeowners time.

At the house,

and her apprentice acted professionally and the work was done well. There were a couple situations where I made a mistake in something I communicated to

and she helped me get it resolved (even though she didn't have to), which I truly appreciate.
I did notice, a few weeks later, that the light above the garage and the doorbell, which are both on a circuit in the attic, stopped working. I'm not sure if this is Exact's doing or not and don't want to jump to conclusions, but just want to remind others to check all these things when your work is completed.

Last year,
Seattle Electricians Provider Name Locked
rewired a circuit for our new range. The process went well- on time, professional, and fair price.
This week I needed two exterior light fixtures installed, with new wires to the panel. The set the appt. for today between 12 and 3. I cleared my work schedule to be available when at 1100am the called and cancelled the appointment, wanting to rebook 12 days from now! Great, I have exposed wires on the outside of my house with rain forecast this weekend. Never again.

Not impressed. Hired by my general contractor to check
wiring and add new outlets and wired smoke detectors per permit requirements.
The charges were high (I didn’t get other bids so maybe all electricians are
this much). They missed a bad light switch (which I easily replaced myself). They
also missed the porch light that flickered when it was on due to bad wiring
from the previous owner. As they added the smoke detector wiring they used
their hammer to get through the existing drywall (expensive repair for me) and
just dropped their scrap wires everywhere! The lack of concern for my house was
Biggest complaint: They didn’t wire 4 of the 6 new outlets
in the kitchen. Luckily my dad is knowledgeable and has the tools to diagnose
wiring issues so he fixed the outlets when he was visiting me.
When I asked for a credit due to missed wiring they offered
to re-check the house and said that this is normal for a complicated remodel
(all we did was remove ½ wall, move the fridge outlet 30” and replace the
electric range with gas). Why would I think they would do any better the second
So if you are required by a permit to have licensed
electricians I would not recommend this company unless they are significantly
cheaper and you know someone who can help you after they are done.
Positive: the guys that I met on the job were very nice.
