"We bought a pressure washing package as an Angie's List "Big Deal" and we could not be happier with and . Great communication, personal service and incredible attention to the work itself. I can't tell you how good of a job we got done! His guy who came out was awesome, took incredible care to kep splatter down, protect furniture and fences and then went above and beyond in clean up. He was here 4 hours! I have never seen a better power wash. Our patio, walkways, driveway, front walk & sidewalk looked brand new. We also bought a drywall "Big Deal" that ALSO turned out to be and he came out and gave us a detailed plan of how to tackle the problem of some minor water intrusion. He was expert in how we should start determining where the water might be finding its way in. But we will detail that one later! If you want attention to detail and someone to get your project done, will impress you."

" was very prompt in both coming to look at problem and giving an estimate. He and showed up and the times they'd said they would on all three days that it took to complete the three steps of repair. 's planning was impressive. Every day they arrived up, they knew exactly what they were going to do and focused completely on the work -- without constantly talking to each other. It was a pleasure to be around the house with them quietly working. 's extras on top of the estimate were a nice surprise -- he did much more grout-filling than he'd originally estimated and, while I said I'd paint the hall closet, he did it for nothing. These are GREAT GUYS! "

"Teak and his workers were very professional, timely, on budget, responsive and adapted to a changing work schedule nicely.
Due to difficulties with speaker installation in a few ceiling locations, additional work was needed from Teak, and there were delays in his team being able to finish their patch work until it was clear where the speakers would go. Teak communicated the problems to me and also worked well with the speaker company so that the work progressed smoothly despite the unforeseen difficulties with the speaker placement.
I also made a few suggestions to Teak along the way as to how to make the job better for me. In particular, I have wood floors and the audio installers and I both noted that the floor cleaner Teak used was making the wood floors excessively slippery. When I reported this to Teak, he changed his company's floor cleaner, informed his employees of the change, and responded to me in writing so that i knew what had been done to remedy the situation. Very professional and classy."

"It was a great experience. We have lived in the space since it was added. There is not anything we would change. , is friendly, competent, knows his stuff, has a great sense of humor, and has reasonable rates. They were very dependable, as were their subcontractors. They were very considerate seeing that it was a live in remodel and we had young children at the time. They made it as easy as possible. "

"Appt. was set for April 1; they arrived on time for a 4-hour block of time. There were 2 people. One filled the small cracks and one worked on the larger one. He wanted to use fast-drying spackle to fill the larger crack; I asked him if it wouldn't open up again without taping or digging it out. He said no. That night the crack was open as the spackle dried. I called and asked him to come back and fix it. He told me that since I had "used up my 4 hours" they would have to charge me extra. I reminded them they had only been here for a little over 2 hours. He said that's 2 people for 2 hours =4hours. That's why they used hot air dryers on the large crack. After discussion, he agreed to return and fix the crack again - 11 days later. This time, he did it better, using mesh and a of mud. Since it didn't dry enough for him to sand when he came back later, he would have to come back for the third time. This time, the owner came, sanded, mud, textured. The owner at first gave me a bill for the "extra time" he had spent fixing the first man's poor job but later returned the money after my husband called him to complain. I will have to sand and mud in places because the mesh is visible, and re-texture the crack myself because the spray over is totally unlike the rest of the texture on the wall. What did I learn? First, 4 hours is four linear hours and I will hold them to it no matter how many people they bring. That wasn't in the fine print and it's not my fault they didn't do the job properly when they first came. Second, when I know more than "the expert" who walks in the door, I've hired the wrong people. Thrd, I'm going to do everything I can as a DIY'er."

"I was really nervous about ensuring I could get my home back to new in time to put it up for sale. reassured me and was able to work around my schedule.
's drywaller did an excellent job patching all of the holes and getting the texture to match the walls. At any angle, and in any light, all of the patches look flawless and you cannot tell we had any work done. The painter was also fantastic, he was clean, precise, and quick. They knew we had a deadline to get everything complete before the came and they finished everything on time - going the extra mile on the weekend. The team was professional and did a great job. was in touch regularly to update me on progress knowing how tight we were on time. He even hung a light fixture for me to finalize the work, which was super nice. I'm recommending him to my friends and neighbors. Thanks, !"

" and showed up a week earlier and gave me a fair bid. We scheduled the work for a week later. We were very concerned about dust spreading through the house and protection of our hard wood floors. and did an incredible job keeping the dust out of everything. They showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them if you want quality work by licensed proffesionals."

" and his partner did a great job of installing and finishing the . was very responsive to my requests and offered some good suggestions on how best to do what I wanted. The finished job was nearly perfect, and they were very careful about keeping things clean, controlling the dust, and cleaning up at the end. His bid was competive with the others I received and had a few extras in it the others didn't include. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"It went fantastic! We bonded with immediately. He is such a great guy and genuinely cares about his work and his client's happiness. We have a 1945 cape cod style home that had a very outdated and oddly shaped kitchen, and a bathroom with rotting drywall and a full size window in the shower (God knows why). gave us the bid for labor only and gave us an estimate on material costs. We worked it out to be exactly to our budget. We liked paying for materials separately because it allowed us to control costs and not pay any -up a contractor may have added. Once we accepted bid he and his guys were able to start within 10 days or so. Project Start: Like most projects, the demo went quickly. His guys were extremely clean and took great care to make sure dust was contained within the confines of the kitchen and bathroom. They put up plastic sheets and had an industrial air purifier to help with the dust. They had a large trailer in the driveway to haul away all the debris (which there was plenty of). Middle of Project: During the project the work went smoothly and communicated well at each phase. As with all projects like this you find a few surprises. For us these were minimal and was always willing to ensure what needed to be done was taken care of the right way. As we were discussing ways to make the kitchen as efficient and spacious as possible, we decided to expand the entryway to be wider than it was originally. During this process found that the beam spanning the boundary between the kitchen and living room would need some additional support to ensure it was safe. Many contractors would have simply glossed over this and done what was cheap and easy. does it the right way, even if it slows down the project. End of Project: Wow! What an amazing new kitchen and bathroom we have. We are so thrilled with the space created for us. Almost 1 year after the job was completed we couldn't be happier with our kitchen. It is beautiful! And the scrap pile on the patio was cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell it was ever there. We LOVE the remodel! It's not often people hug their contractor, but both my wife and I gave a hearty hug at the end of this project. We will definitely call for our next project!"

"He was good about keeping the work zone orderly though I thought more could have been done to keep the dust factor down from the mudding & sanding process. He was responsive to calls and emails though a little too relaxed with punctuality at the job site. Easy to talk to and I feel, reliable, too. Considering the job called for a smooth finish, I think he could have benifited from bringing in a spot light to check the surfaces for imperfections. I needed one to paint the surfaces and ended up discovering some non-smooth areas. In his defense, he did say to call him back if I found areas to fix but I did not want anymore dust, so I spot-filled little spots as I went along painting. Not a big deal though but something I noticed."
