"They are an HMO. I have been very pleased with their work. Their professionalism is what stands out about them and the fact that all the doctors communicate with each other by computers. Every doctor knows what kind of medication I am taking and what kind of care I am getting. It can be a little tough to getting an appointment with a specialist and it takes about a month, unless there is some kind of emergency. I ’t know if they are expensive or not. I have been very pleased with them. Their bedside manner is very good and they have improved over the years."

"I still use him and he’s great. I think he listens well. He’s very concerned. My last situation wasn’t resolved and so he sent me off to a specialist. He’s pretty much available to me when I think I need him, as far as I can see that. He’s a bit of a distance away from me, so that makes it a little awkward. That’s not his fault, its mine because I’m the one that moved. As far as the doctor himself, I think he’s a ’s doctor because that’s primarily what he specializes in. As a senior citizen, he’s still taking care of me and I think doing a relatively good job. I ’t have any complaints. The office environment has improved a lot. I’m glad to say that, except that I ’t trust the accounting office. I had a run with them last year. I ’t have to wait there for more than ten or fifteen minutes to see the doctor. The staff is okay. The doctor is very courteous. He’s very good on communication and he listens to me well. He doesn’t hesitate to change my prescription when I complain. I would use his services again in the future."

"Dr. is a very nice and personable person. I think she is a decent Physician, but I am not going to her any more because she was not strait with me. When I asked her about a specific virus vaccine for my child she said it was optional, and most kids will never be exposed to that virus, so not to worry about it. When we later went to a Pediatrician she told us that the virus I discussed with Dr. is very dangerous and she recommended the vaccine, and more importantly, she has seen kids with the disease.
In Dr. 's defense she is not a Pediatrician, but the fact that she tried to cover the fact that she did not know the answer by making one up concerned me a great deal. I don't expect my GP to know very specific details like that, but what I do expect is honesty. She should have told me she would look it up, or some other response. Also that staff there is nice, but they have made a few mistakes over the years, so I am trying a new GP this year."

"It is very convenient for me. The doctor I visit there is specifically my doctor. My doctor?s name is . She is very thorough and approachable. She seems to be very knowledgeable without pursuing any medicines or anything like that on me. She is an internist. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I would use them in the future.

"He has a very good bedside manner, especially with kids. I like the way that he takes extra time to explain options and possibilities to us rather than try to get us out of the door as quickly as possible. The office environment is fairly standard."

"If you want pills or have a to try ideas you read about on the web, may not be your favorite doctor. He is open to my ideas and suggestions, but is grounded in medicine that's been studied and verified empirically. Moreover, he's not an alarmist. If you are he may not be your first choice."

"I would highly recommend them. I will be making an appointment with them shortly for my annual checkup. I have been using them for the last ten years. I keep going back there because I get good service and they explain everything well. It is very handy because I can see a lot of different doctors in the same location. It is very convenient. They have different locations for different doctors. So, you can find a location that is convenient for you. They can do almost everything there. They do mammograms, bone density scans; etc. They have neurologists and every kind of doctor that you can imagine. My son had a surgery there, two months ago. For years, I have had a very good experience with them. I have never been disappointed with them. I will continue to use their services in the future. "

"Everything got done in one afternoon despite the fact that the doctor had to cope with an unexpected emergency with another patient. Excellent followup using GHC secure email for members which allows me, since I have durable power of attorney permission from my mother to look at her record, to communicate with the doctor and staff, look up results, make and change appointments etc.
In the time I have belonged to GHC, I have had a succession of three family medicine doctors as my primary physician. They have all been excellent and really play the role of primary doctor. They are available, develop a trust relationship with me, and see to it that I get all the consultations I need while keeping everything organized. GHC's electronic medical record allows me to interact with my providers all the time and gives me access to alot of information. Facilities aren't as fancy as some but I never did like the idea of paying for 4-star hotel accomodations when I am ill. If one understands how to use GHC, the system works well. Only weakness I know is a lack of real focus on children with disabilities."

"Dr. is very personable and smart. She does a lot of research in her field. She is a very interesting person, but, it?s difficult to schedule appointments to consult her. I like her services and will continue to use the same in future."
