"My advice? don't waste your time or money. My experience was so miserable, I don't know where to begin. On a positive note, I was able to book an appointment for the time/date of my choosing (a week in the future). I now know why. They asked for my insurance info, so it could be verified in advance of my visit. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned that they had not yet contacted my insurance carrier, and could not do so on the day of my appointment because it was a national holiday. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. I was then forced to wait another 20 minutes for no obvious reason, despite it being the first appointment of the day. I was escorted into the examination room by a woman who had the personality of a clam. She began working on me without so much as asking me about my history, or the concerns I had listed on my paperwork. She was so rough when she began cleaning my teeth, I was forced to ask her to stop. Xrays were taken, and I met with Dr.

for an exam and for her to work up a treatment plan. Because their payment plan is inflexible, because they don't offer nitrous oxide, and because they did not earn my confidence, I decided against returning for the proposed treatment. They failed to bill my insurance company, and I finally received a bill - a full five months after the appointment."

"I have to go there every 6 months, but I try and put it off as long as possible. Her office is a very friendly environment. My goes to her because her teeth are sensitive and she really takes good care of her. She has an all women’s staff. It is a professional place and it is in high-rise building. When we walk in they are friendly and when I am in the dentist chair, I fall asleep."

's office is the woman who handles their billing. She took me into her office for 20 minutes, showing me the kind of information that the insurance company wanted to see, and how we might be able to get it covered. It might be the case that not everyone would want that level of detail about their insurance billing process, but for me, it was extremely reassuring to know that she was actively advocating for me with them, and to see HOW she was doing that. They ended up covering the $1200 that they might not have, and I attribute much of the responsibility for that fact to Dr.

is friendly and willing to discuss priorities, costs, and dental issues clearly and provides the needed information. The work was done very well and they did a very good job of matching the filling material to my front teeth. I will be going back for a crown and the crown work on an implant. She does not do the oral surgery but was fine with my going to an oral surgeon I had used before. The office billing procedure was smooth and they submitted the claim to my insurance promptly - also gave me estimates for the rest of the work. I would certainly recommend her."

He does not do orthodontics but does the routine work that keeps us from having to have orthodontics like a retainer for example. We

?t have to go to an orthodontist and actually have the physical ones put on the teeth. He just actually four or five days ago finished giving me a crown. They are very competitive for price. They work with my insurance and they are more than willing to offer payment plans. I am a self pay, I have no dental insurance other than a discount plan. They were very nice about that, in fact, they offered to break my daughter?s retainer cost into three payments and I ended up paying it into 2 payments because I have three children. They all came in to get dental work and hers was about $1800 worth of dental work and I have had another with $1000, so they were good about breaking it up into chunks. His staff is always very friendly. I would definitely use him again in the future - I have more appointments coming up."
